The Baptism in the Holy Spirit and Power
The Promised Holy Spirit
What if the power that transformed ordinary men and women into bold, fearless witnesses for Jesus is the very same power God wants you to experience today?
Jesus didn’t tell His disciples to go out and change the world in their own strength. He told them to wait for the promise of the Father!
And when the Holy Spirit came upon them on the Day of Pentecost, everything changed! Fear gave way to boldness. Ordinary believers began proclaiming Jesus with extraordinary courage. The sick were healed, miracles took place, people were delivered, and thousands responded to the Gospel! Even persecution could not silence those who had been empowered by the Holy Spirit.
And here’s the question: Have we settled for less than what Jesus promised?
In this powerful, Scripture-filled teaching series, Greg Lancaster takes you on an extraordinary journey through the Scriptures, revealing the promise Jesus gave His followers, its fulfillment in the Book of Acts, and the life-changing power of the Holy Spirit.
What You’ll Discover
- Why Jesus commanded His disciples to wait for power from on high
- The events of Pentecost
