NEW?

Dear Friend,

Thank you for visiting.  I hope that many of your questions may be answered and that you feel led to join us in one of our upcoming gatherings.  My prayer and heart’s desire is for all those who are a part of our church family to experience the loving reality of family as God created us to be.

God’s desire is to have family.  He gave His Son, Jesus, so that we could have that opportunity. I see the church as a family, the family of God.  It appears most things in our culture and society are coming against the idea of family, yet it is the very thing that the Lord created for us to desire.  We feel most whole and safe when we’re in family.  We may have never experienced family, or have ever had a healthy family experience, but our desire for family is not a strange thing, it’s a God desire.  Jesus prayed to the Father about it, “Father, just as You are in Me and I am in You. May they also be in Us so that the world may believe that You have sent Me.” John 17:22-23

You can’t help but notice as you look around that the “corporate world” has discovered people’s deep desire “to belong,” to “feel” at home, and “feel” like they are among family. This is often done by the corporate world in hope of making money off how God designed us.  How did they respond to their discovery?  By building their restaurants, coffee shops and work places in a way that make people “feel” more at home. At the same time, the church seems to have gone in the opposite direction, moving away from family into a more institutionalized corporate structure. Could it be that the church has left family as God intended it and the world has just followed right behind?

I love God and His whole church, and fellowshipping with the church body no matter where we gather or who gathers.  I have a deep desire to walk out family as I believe the Lord intended it.  We’d like to invite you to discover all that God has called you to be in the family of God with our church family.

I founded our church family in hopes that people like you, who are fellow believers could sit around in close circles, in family fellowship as Christ is in the center, lifted Him and His word on high.  Either physically or virtually member allows you to experience the same family fellowship our Father God has called us all as His disciples to be.  Mark 3:24:35

God has made known to me amazing plans He has in store for all those who are His.  I am deeply encouraged by your desire to know more about what God is doing in our church family, and I invite you to seek out your place in the family of God.

Sincerely,

Brother Greg Lancaster
