Whether you are sharing a video testimony, photos, audio recording, or written story, your testimony can encourage others to follow Jesus Christ and participate in Luke 10 Prayer Walks themselves.
Please complete the appropriate form and submit your information. After submission, our ministry team may send you a secure private upload link for videos, photos, audio files, or related media.
All submissions are reviewed privately by our team.

Media Submission Guidelines
Video Submissions
- Recommended length: 5 minutes or less
- Preferred quality: 1080p if available
- Selfie videos are welcome
Photo Submissions
You may submit a single photo or multiple images related to your testimony or ministry experience.
Audio Submissions
Audio recordings may include testimonies, prayer experiences, outreach stories, or personal encouragement.
Written Testimonies
Written testimonies may be submitted directly through the form.
Privacy & Submission Information
Your submission is intended for ministry purposes and may be reviewed by our media and ministry teams.
Some testimonies or media submissions may be selected for ministry broadcasts, websites, social media, promotional materials, livestreams, educational resources, or related ministry outreach efforts.
Not all submissions will necessarily be published or publicly shared.
Testimonial & Media Release Agreement
By submitting any video, photograph, audio recording, written testimony, likeness, image, voice recording, statement, or other content (“Submission”) to Greg Lancaster Ministries, Baptize Pensacola, and each of their respective affiliates, ministries, successors, assigns, representatives, licensees, media partners, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Grant of Rights
You irrevocably grant the Released Parties the perpetual, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right and permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, display, transmit, broadcast, edit, modify, adapt, translate, digitize, create derivative works from, publicly perform, and otherwise use your Submission, in whole or in part, in any media format now known or later developed.
This includes, without limitation:
- Television
- Radio
- Streaming platforms
- Websites
- Social media
- Print publications
- Advertising and promotional materials
- Ministry presentations
- Educational and training resources
- Fundraising materials
Name, Image & Likeness
You grant permission for the use of your:
- Name
- Voice
- Image
- Likeness
- Testimony
- Church affiliation
- Business affiliation
- Biographical information, if provided
Editing Rights
You understand and agree that submitted materials may be edited, formatted, shortened, captioned, translated, combined with other content, or otherwise modified for editorial, production, legal, technical, promotional, or ministry purposes.
Ownership & Permissions
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years old or have legal parental/guardian consent;
- You own or control the rights to all submitted materials;
- Your Submission does not violate the rights of any third party;
- Any individuals appearing in submitted materials have granted permission for use.
No Compensation
You understand that submissions are voluntary and that no compensation, royalties, reimbursement, or future payment will be provided for use of submitted materials.
Release of Claims
You release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from or related to the use of your Submission, including claims relating to privacy, publicity rights, defamation, or intellectual property.
Irrevocable & Perpetual Permission
You acknowledge and agree that this authorization and release is irrevocable and shall remain in effect perpetually unless prohibited by applicable law.
Electronic Consent
By checking a consent box, submitting a form, uploading media, or otherwise electronically providing materials, you acknowledge and agree that such actions constitute your electronic signature and legal agreement to these terms under applicable federal and Florida law.
Terms of Service
This Testimonial & Media Release Agreement is incorporated into and governed together with the Greg Lancaster Ministries Terms of Service.
