Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. Better it is to be of a humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud. Proverbs 16:18-19 KJV Pastor Kilpatrick, with a deep desire to help as many as possible to keep them from falling to pride, continues to teach on a haughty spirit. “Pride will damn your soul, it will alienate you from God, from everyone you love and everyone who loves you.” You will learn about how satan is everyone’s father when they are born we are all born into sin, shaped in inequity, which means bent towards sin, but when we accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, we get a new Father, Father God who we can even call God our Daddy, Abba. John 8:44-45; Romans 8:14-17 This message goes deeper into the attributes of the Leviathan spirit who is father over all who have a prideful haughty spirit. Those who walk in pride are considered children of Leviathan by God. Job 41.
Those with a haughty spirit have scales, not just over their eyes, but over their entire life, scales that are tight, like a fish which has scales. These scales are there to prevent the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God from accessing their life. These scales are demons that this satanic haughty spirit uses to defend this Leviathan spirit of pride. These Leviathan scales are demons’ spirits such as: lying spirit, spirit of rejection, spirit of lust, spirit of insecurity, spirit of shame, spirit of fear, and a haughty religious spirit it uses to disguise itself. Though someone walked humbly in their life at one time, doesn’t mean they can’t become susceptible to taking on this Leviathan spirit. If you have to confront someone with this satanic spirit you will regret the day you did, and there will be things it does to you through this person that will never leave your memory and one that you’ll never do again. Job 41:8 They have defensive mechanisms that react and punish you for even thinking about dealing with something in their lives.
This haughty spirit of pride is a direct enemy of Pentecost, the outpouring of, baptism in, and movement of the gifts of the Holy Spirit, the moving of Holy Spirit. It works out of their intellect, while God’s Spirit frustrates their reasoning and limited mind. This message will give you knowledge you’ll need to know to identify a haughty spirit. How to stay clear of it staying humble before God and man. It will help you not only identify this spirit on others, but yourself and how to get it out of your life, and hopefully help others break free from its satanic claw that has their life locked out away from God.
