John, Greg, and Pat discuss the story behind the case of Roe V Wade.
It has been 40 years since Roe vs. Wade which was a landmark court case that legalized abortions. Many are aware of this court case and many people are not familiar with the name of the woman who this case is all about. Henry Wade was the Dallas county District Attorney at the time.
The real name of Jane Roe is Norma Mcorvey.
Allegedly according to the Blaze she lied to the attorneys and told them she was raped. Although she fought for abortion rights McCorvey never actually had the procedure. At the time of her case she was on her third pregnancy, the case was decided after she gave birth.
For twenty years it is reported that she worked for the pro-choice movement. She worked in a clinic and right beside that clinic a pro-life group moved in next door called Operation Rescue. At the time she was extremely pro-choice, which is really pro-killing babies.
After some time she struck up a relationship with one of the Christian leaders and sometime later Nancy McCorvey accepted Jesus into her heart and was later baptized on national TV. She is reported as saying that she has felt very sad over her association with Roe v Wade and speaks on behalf of life. She wrote a book about her experience called Won by Love. Greg, John, and Pat continue to discuss how we all have sinned before we came to Christ and want to make things right in the sight of God and others. God has a pancake organizational chart which means we all have access to him, to receive his love and to receive his discipline. The ripping of the veil meant two things the kindness and sternness of God.
