Powerful Conversation with Art Thomas: Paid in Full Healing Activation Part 1
We join Greg and Art Thomas as they discuss the book Paid in Full, Healing Ministry Activation Manual which Art Thomas is an author. The book is full of grace and encouragement as it walks you through 40 days of activation into healing. Art Thomas, answers the question, is healing for everyone? He shares these scriptures, Mark 16:17-18 “And these signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak in new tongues; 18 they will pick up serpents with their hands; and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not hurt them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will recover.” John 14:12 “Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.” Healing is for everyone that believes in Jesus! Art says he has witnessed around 3000 miracles and most have been through others praying for the healings to take place because they were activated through his teaching. Isaiah 53:5 “But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his wounds we are healed.” Through Jesus’ death and resurrection, we have our healing!
Art continues by sharing his revelation about how we are to put the Word of God into action. In Luke 6:48, Jesus talks about a man who has built a house on a rock that stood amidst the storm. Often, “The Rock” is perceived as being Jesus or the Word of God. Art shares how this is not true. By looking at what Jesus says in Matthew 7:24-25, “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25 And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.” We must put what we’ve learned into action. The rain came upon both. It is only those who respond in obedience that will stand when the rain comes. We must put what we have heard into practice!
When you feel you are under attack by the enemy it may be time for you to jump into action to share your testimony, disciple, and heal the sick! Revelation 12:11 “And they have conquered him(satan) by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death.” This is exactly what Jesus calls us to do in Matthew 28:19-20, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.” If you haven’t been discipled or need help to disciple someone else in the things of God, visit Emmaus Road, and take the journey of discipleship with us!
