As stated on his website, Dr. Russ Moyer is an author, speaker, and the President and Founder of Eagle World Wide Ministries and the Senior Pastor of The Dwelling Place Church in Pensacola, FL. Eagle World Wide is a network of over 250 connected ministers, ministries, and churches based in Canada and the U.S. Dr. Russ and his wife Mave pioneered eight churches in North America, as well as founded The International Coalition Of Prophetic Leaders, where they serve in alignment with the International Coalition of Apostolic Leaders. They are the founders of Eagle Worldwide Community Enrichment and The Center for Excellence which provides empowerment, educational, and training programs for the underprivileged. The project includes The King’s Way Center where over three hundred clients are fed and serviced each day, free of charge, in the inner city of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Russ and Pastor Mave travel extensively around the world ministering within the apostolic and prophetic gifting.
