You Can’t Organize Israel
Greg and Pat discuss how you can’t organize Israel and encourage us to keep Israel in our prayers. They discuss how the president will be meeting with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about this frame work of peace deal that they are working on while there are 170,000 missiles aimed at Israel. They further discuss how there seems to be Alinsky tactics at work to pressure Israel. They are coming in to nudge Israel to get them to do what they want them to do. What you will find is that there is not an agenda. They just keep this rapid movement going so that people can be gathered up and herded up to get people to be nudged to go in a certain direction. These are the Alinsky tactics that he wrote about in the book Rules for Radicals. They further discuss that organizing is not good or bad it just depends what they are organizing about. They continue to show us how the church was falling for these tactics during a national conversation regarding the Affordable Healthcare Act and abortion being part of it. God’s people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Saul in the New Testament before he became Paul thought he was doing something good for God until he met Jesus. They encourage us to listen to Organizers of the Day versus Organizers of the night. Israel today is completely surrounded by her enemies with over 100,000 missiles pointed at her. They continue to discuss how these tactics are being used to try to organize Israel. As Christians we can’t bow down we must allow Jesus to organize us.
Honorable to avoid strife filled people
In this wisdom moment Greg speaks about Proverbs 20:3 about how important it is to avoid those who are strife filled and to avoid doing things that cause strife. This is important wisdom for you or others who have to deal with strife in their workplace, relationships or other areas of your life.
The Tangible Evidence of Faith
Greg, John and Pat discuss the importance of having tangible evidence that proves our faith. They continue to share that it’s not about having faith in faith but rather faith in God. God is the creator and made us in His image and that means amongst many other things that He has given us the ability to create. He tells us in His word for us to take dominion over the earth and to speak things into existence. They continue to share about the account in Mark 2 of the paralytic that was lowered in a packed house where Jesus was preaching so that he might be healed by the Lord. The Bible says that when Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, son your sins are forgiven. Jesus saw their faith displayed. James 2:17 says “In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action is dead”. When we have faith in God we are trusting in God’s word, God’s ways and His proven character, integrity and faithfulness. Faith is so powerful that the enemy does everything he can do to stop it and one of the things he does is to sow doubt in what God has called us to do. Doubt causes you to feel uncertain, unsure, skeptical, and lacking confidence. They continue to share the importance of having a clear cut vision and moving forward in faith. Everything that happens in the kingdom happens by faith. You can’t measure what God has called you to do with your logical mind but rather believe God from your spirit. Faith is so powerful that can be seen and felt.
