Many in America have become so prideful thinking that as Americans we don’t need anything. Even many churches have left the Lord and are no longer following His Word. “The greatest sin anyone can ever commit is to try to live independent of God,” says Leonard Ravenhill. How are we going to protect ourselves in America from disaster? One nation under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all, that is how America can protect itself. Our rights come from our Creator which we must submit ourselves under His authority. We are created in God’s image and for us to remove Him from our country is to remove our identity. Everything in America must work as it was designed or it will fail, and America needs God, and our country needs to turn back to God. This includes Christians which George Barna reports, Out of regular church attendees, who attend church at least once every two weeks, 81% of Christians don’t read their Bible, out of the 19% who do read the Bible, only 3% apply it to their life. Let’s turn back to God as a nation and as Christians so that God won’t turn away from us. 2 Chronicles 7:14 “if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” Everything will be abundant and in working order, if America turns from her wicked ways back to God!
