Lance Wallnau has released the prophetic word across the nations about the seven mountains of culture! Faith, Family, Education, Government, Media, Arts and Entertainment, and Business Mountain. It is time for us to take these mountains and make disciples in each of them because we are ready for revival and the Third Great Awakening! At VFNKB we are carrying out this prophecy by working to influence and make disciples in the seven mountains of culture.
Lance Wallnau is speaking at the 2018 Values Voters Summit and shows us how to take the seven mountains of culture. Lance starts with talking about Luke 4 when Jesus went up to the mountain of temptation and satan showed Jesus all the kingdoms of the world which spoke to Lance that there are more than just one sphere or mountain in culture. “To You I will give all this authority and their glory, for it has been delivered to me, and I give it to whom I will.” Luke 4:6 ESV Lance continues, “Now that’s a bold statement, “I give it, (satan) to whom I will.” This kind of explains the uniqueness of the United States…what other kind of countries are going to stand up for religious liberty? Other countries don’t stand up for religious liberty because it’s easier to manipulate who gets control of kingdoms when people don’t have any say. The uniqueness of the United States is that we can occasionally shock everyone with our choices for president. The power that we have in our unique system is that somebody may be the devil’s choice, our belief is that we can pray for God to raise up leaders and that if we participate then the devil gets frustrated because we can actually fight.” He speaks about how this is the fight over the supreme court justices because it is also a spiritual battle.
“If You, then, will worship me, it will all be Yours.” Luke 4:7 ESV Lance says, “Whatever you bow to on your way up to the top will control you when you get there.” Which Jesus did not bow down and worship satan His response was, “It is written, “‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only shall you serve.’” Luke 4:8 ESV Lance brings up the fact of what Jesus said when He gave the Great Commission. “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation.” Mark 16:15 ESV Lance continues, “Here is what I believe is the mistake that we made. We focused in this one mountain, which is the Church (Faith Mountain) and we’ve focused on preaching the Gospel, and our passion has been for revival, for awakening…so that’s our passion. You see we focus on preaching the Gospel, our aim is souls for the most part and then we build churches and expect that if we can preach the Gospel, we pray passionately and there is a breakthrough in the heaven, then at some point there is gonna come this great outpouring that is going to change America.”
“I will tell you what the devil has done, the devil’s taken the Great Commission regarding teaching nations and while we pursued an awakening the devil literally taught America and discipled it right out from under our Christian influence…”
“The command to disciple nations is where we are now…we are literally relearning the commandment. How do you influence a culture? Islam had done a brilliant job of absolutely discipling nations, it started 500 years after Christianity, it has complete nations wrapped up…there is no separation of religion and government when it comes to Islam.”
“So, the Church itself has this first sphere of influence but in terms of discipling nations where do we go from there? Let’s identify the rest of these spheres. Thank God the sphere of family is one where the Lord has made it, so you can actually equalize whatever influences are out there. Because no matter what is coming from the outside in, you as a mother and father can always raise your children, educate your children, cover your children. For you and your household, there can be salvation.”
Lance speaks about how current academics, which would be the Education Mountain, in America is making Marxists out of our children! How they are being influenced to vote outside of America’s values and Constitution. “These are called the mind molders of culture (Church, Family, Education Mountains) these are the forces that actually disciple the mind of a nation. If you want to teach and you want to preach, then we have to think about raising people up in each of these sectors. We have to think about how to go in.”
Next Lance speaks about the Government Mountain. “I am so impressed with the fact we have so many believers in the Trump Administration. It is such an anomaly and such a fascination. I predicted before the election that Donald Trump will be called the Cyrus…Everybody is asking is the candidate a Christian, but we have to stop asking that question…sometimes God can anoint a wrecking ball that doesn’t know Him better than He can someone that does. I am not saying that he (President Trump) doesn’t know the Lord…”
The Media Mountain is spoken of next. “Media has become an extension of the Democratic Party. They work together.”
Next, you have the Arts and Entertainment Mountain. “The arts arena is where your entertainers and your sports figures are, and I am sorry to say, I know it’s not politically correct, everything the left gets involved in including arts and sports, they ruin everything. They politicize everything.”
Lastly, we have the Business Mountain, “The left is targeting small businesses…because the business of the left is to disciple a nation, they are not going to be happy until everybody is submitted to their belief system. Someone’s going to disciple the nations.”
“The Bible says, “Go ye into all the world.” I started to analyze this, and in the Greek, it means ‘Ye go.’” Lance goes on to say that he thought people would come to him and his revival center, but he realized he must send people out into the system, into the seven mountains of culture! “We have to find where the believers are in these places and we have to get behind them and help them. Because they are isolated out there…the Church is going to have to help people go to the top of all these systems/mountains…we are going to have to raise up believers…we can’t back up from culture.” We must set people up to be able to penetrate the gates of influence is each of the mountains.
It is time for us to be discipled ourselves and lead others through discipleship so that we can be empowered by the Lord to influence the mountain of culture that we are called to.
