HUMOR MOMENT! Was Pat Hamilton Shout Out of a Cannon?
It’s so important that we have those moments that we can look back and laugh at. Greg recalls past memories of himself, and Brianna and Elijah Bolender, watching a man being shot out of a cannon at the circus. One may wonder what the resume is to be the one chosen to be shot out of a cannon? We may never know? What we do know is that when someone gets shot out of a cannon, there is a massive bladder, in a circus, of air that the man lands on to keep him safe.
Seeing this vivid imagery brings Greg back to the memories of being able to be with Pat in Eureka California. It was in Eureka that they were able to take their boys, Shane and Gered, and enjoy the beautiful sights at JH Ranch. But, in this moment, Pat was SHOT FROM THE BLADDER! It was hilarious to see Pat laying apprehensively on one side of this massive bladder, and then see two grown men fling themselves from a high platform to fall together on the other side resulted in Pat being flung helplessly into the air. “AAAHHHHH!” This was the scream that bellowed from with Pat he was catapulted into the air and then, just as fast as he went up, he splashed down, HARD, into the freezing lake water. Amidst the nearby screams of Pat being hollered through the air, it is somewhat being drowned out by the cameraman, “Greg”, who was uncontrollably laughing at what his eyes had just witnessed! “OH! That was worth a million bucks man!” For the record, Greg caught this unforgettable moment for this record books and the camera was on Pat the entire time. Impressive.
Greg recalls his young son Gered, 12 years of age at the time, who decided to venture into these same frigid waters for himself. He swung himself off a swing into the frigid water and as soon as he it, he lost all his air (his wind) because the cold water was so cold it contracted his lungs to where he couldn’t breathe. All Greg remembers is Gered making it out of the frozen water, taking a breath and him saying to himself, “STUPID! STUPID! STUPID!” as he thought about what he had just done.
PROPHECY! 92 POUNDS OF MONEY FOR ONE LOAF OF BREAD? Is America About to Experience an Attack from the SOUTH!?
Former Governor of South Carolina, and former Ambassador of the United States to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, recently sent out $100 bills in the mail to many different people. Seems like a nice gesture, right? Here’s the catch: it wasn’t $100 American Dollars. It was $100 in Venezuelan Bolivar. The Bolivar is the Venezuelan currency. Not to be confused with a boulevard. One would think that when you receive $100 in the mail, you’re sitting pretty good. Not exactly. The Venezuelan currency isn’t exactly equal trading with the American dollar. To be precise, $100 in Venezuelan Bolivar is equal to 0.000217 in American Dollars. Yes. You read that right. How does 0.000217 even equate to a penny?
That means that piece of paper that Nikki Haley sent, would take 5,000 MORE to equal One American Copper Penny. When Nikki Haley sent out this piece of paper, she reminded people, “you can’t buy a loaf of bread with a wheelbarrow of [ $100 Venezuelan Bolivars].” Think about this! Okay. To add injury to insult, consider how much 5,000 pennies weigh. About 32 pounds. How much does an average loaf of bread cost? Would it be fair to say $3.00 American Dollars? So, if 5,000 pennies equals 32 lbs., that means it would take 96 lbs of pennies to buy one loaf of bread! Interesting.
Imagine that. One pound of bread costs you 96 pounds of money. Let that sink in. You don’t want Socialism. You don’t want Communism. A whole wheelbarrow of $100 Venezuelan Bolivars can’t buy you one loaf of bread! That sounds eerily similar to what John heard an Angel say in Revelation 6:6, “Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, “Two pounds of wheat for a day’s wages, and six pounds of barley for a day’s wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!” Isn’t it interesting the word “pounds” is used? Think about how much money is having to be spent around the world for people to have their daily supply of food. People in leadership are pushing for 40% of people’s monthly budget to be spent on food reported Glenn Beck. We are in the last days for sure!
Greg was shown in a quick vision of all the paper money on the Earth being sucked up like a vacuum and then suddenly all of it burst into flames. Many people thought this was extreme until the Bitcoin burst onto the scene. When Former Congressman Jeff Miller, was in Congress, he told Greg that Venezuela has nuclear missiles, which have the capability to reach America. Venezuela is only about 1,500 miles South of Miami, America’s Southern Border. Dumitri Duduman also prophesied a word confirming this, in his book Through The Fire, that “America would burn” and that there would be an attack on American soil coming from the South.
It’s so important for us to recognize that we are here at this moment. We have to heed the warning words of Nikki Haley and respond in sobering seriousness. When these things happen, we can also be reminded that the Word of God was written nearly 2,000 years ago. We can recall those words from Jesus and bring that truth into our current reality and lift up our eyes in hope of His Soon Coming Return! Come Lord Jesus Come!
IT WAS LIKE AN EXPLOSION! The Jesus Revolution! Part 7
There was a mighty move of God’s Spirit that took the entire nation by surprise. It was a sovereign move of God that drew millions of hearts and souls to the Lord. It was so sudden, and so mighty, that even Time Magazine dedicated on its front page magazines to recognizing the “Jesus Revolution”. There was such a mighty presence of the Lord’s Spirit, that people were simply aware of God and turned their hearts to Him overnight. This understanding brings us so much encouragement and hopes when we realize the recent words the Lord recently made known to Greg Lancaster, “It’s going to be the 1970’s again!”
When we look around at the things happening in the nation today, crazy decisions being made in leadership, while people rioting in the streets of America, this happened in the same way in the 1970s. Today it’s ANTIFA, but in the 1970’s it was the hippies filling the streets. When you remember the moments of what the Lord did, as chronicled in the Time Magazine article, young people proudly wore the words, “Jesus is my Lord”.
Chuck Smith, the founder of Calvary Chapel, is seen carrying a paralyzed man to be water baptized. Lonnie Frisbee, who was mightily touched by the Lord, can be seen going after the Lord. Lonnie Frisbee was the hippie that was welcomed into Chuck and Kay Smith’s house, was like a matchhead that sparked what the Lord did in the Jesus Movement. It was during the Jesus Movement that people witness a Charismatic move of God that was sweeping over Catholics as one image captures a Catholic being baptized in the Holy Spirit. Messianic Jews were coming to Christ. Athletes were gathered in the middle of a 50-yard line, on the field, to come together in prayer. People are demonstrating repentance, clothing themselves with sackcloth and ashes. One woman can be seen preaching the Gospel in a building that was previously a strip club. Come on Jesus! Awesome! How powerful is that? These were the days when Jesus Christ Superstar was being released. In the same Time Magazine Article, the question is asked, “Would Jesus Carry a Draft Card?” Would you be surprised to know that the military draft is coming back again? Jim Bakker shared a prophetic dream in which he saw “the draft coming back to America,” and many young people crying, not wanting to be drafted. Imagine this powerful moving of the Lord happening AGAIN! Imagine a sovereign move of God that just TAKES OVER with no barriers and no boundaries! When a flood comes, there’s no stopping the water. Wherever it can move, that’s what happens. It’s like a Tidal Wave rushing over all your land and life and you just have to hold on.
Considering this mighty move of the Lord’s Spirit, would you be surprised to know that many in the “church” actually rejected what the Lord was doing? There was so much going on that people didn’t know what to make of it. God was doing such a radically new thing, many weren’t sure how to approach it. As Greg recalls, Jack Hayford commented to “the [Charismatic] Church itself [prior to this sovereign movement] was losing its place in general”. You have to understand the unprecedented events that were unfolding during these days. As Greg explains, many “people that were in the Church were called ‘The Charismatic Renewal Movement’, and people that were in the world called it “The Jesus Movement”, because of the hippie movement. But the reality is, it was just a sovereign move of God that was going on”. So many people were getting saved in these moments, that much of the traditional church rejected them. This is why we are coming to you at this very moment because we want to prepare our hearts and not reject this coming move of God’s Spirit. It is easy to look over someone that has beat you, bruised you, and burned down that which is important to you. Do they hate the country? Do they hate what America stands for? Sounds familiar. But, these are the people that Jesus loves. It’s incredibly crucial that we have the Lord’s heart for the lost. As Greg underscores this important truth, “you can be hurt and you can miss the call because you don’t believe that God can actually save those people that hurt you.” Be encouraged not to let your heart be hardened. Ask God now the soften your heart to that which the Lord’s heartburns and years for. Take the time now to prepare for this coming awesome sovereign move of God!
John Ruttke was another one of those men who personally witness and lived through the Jesus Movement. He was one of those hearts that was mightily and powerfully transformed by the love of Jesus Christ. As a man who has experience and wisdom in his voice, he cries out to those who want to be a part of this next coming move of God, how to avoid the pitfalls and mistakes that his generation suffered and witnessed. “We’ve learned enough to go, ‘DON’T GO THAT WAY! GO OVER THERE! THAT TOOK TWO YEARS OF OUR LIVES!’” Ruttke continues to express what it was like when thousands upon thousands of people were coming to Christ. “In the Jesus Movement, if you read both the New Testament and the Old Testament, you were now the leader.” As people chuckle in response, he continues to recall the types of exchanges that people would seriously have; “Did you actually read the Book of Revelation? Okay, well then you’re an elder”. When Holy Spirit is fully present, things happen to simply work themselves out.
So many people have a deep heart and cry to be a part of what God is doing. Imagine only having one gallon of gas in your car. How far would you go? Now imagine having ten gallons in your car. Imagine how much further you would go. If you know the Lord, you can hear His voice and have given your life to learn about Jesus His commandments in His Word, you’re like the one with ten gallons of gas in his car! When we are the ones that have a history of walking with the Lord, we can help those who don’t know Him yet. We still need to remember, that there are those who have to endure the pain of growing in their character. That’s a normal part of growing in maturity. “God will give you a new heart when you are born again, but you’ll have to grow your own backbone.”
Think about this national sweeping, consuming, sovereign move of God happening AGAIN and you already know the Lord! How incredibly encouraging is this considering that one of Jesus’ last words to His disciples was to make disciples. As Matthew 28:19-20 reveals, “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” So many people are going to be consumed with a hunger to know who Jesus is. If you are one who is walking with Jesus Christ today, as the Lord of your life, you have answers within you right now to questions they assuredly will ask. You can be one of those leading people to Jesus and raising them up as disciples, just as Jesus commanded us all to do.
Helping to recall what it was like to find yourself in the middle of the Charismatic Renewal Movement, as Charles Simpson shares in his interview with Greg Lancaster, “it was like an explosion”. It’s so easy to have an opinion about something that we have never experienced. But, when we consider the words of those who have gone before us and experienced such a sweet, sudden, outpouring of God’s presence, it helps us to shift outside of our limited mindsets of today. You don’t have to be caught by surprise when this coming move of God is here. Good surfers are always looking with expectancy that waves are coming, and when they see the wave coming, they start immediately paddling! Jesus said in John 8:31, “To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples.” If you find yourself in the middle of an explosion, all of your sensory perceptions go out the window, and you simply rely on what you’ve been trained to do. Jesus commanded His followers to make disciples. For those who found themselves in the middle of the Charismatic Renewal Movement, like Charles Simpson, Ken Sumrall, and so many others, that’s what they began to do.
04 Those Saved in the Last 100 Years Can Be Traced Back to Azusa Street Revival! The Spiritual Heritage that Birthed the Jesus Movement 43:13 – 46:53

When people share about the exciting miracles that took place in the Jesus Movement, it’s not long before someone brings up the name, Lonnie Frisbee, the hippie who was radically touched by God, who played a significant role during this move of God. Well, it was also Chuck and Kay Smith that were ministering in the California area, who welcomed Lonnie Frisbee into their home to share the Gospel with him. Chuck and Kay Smith, the founders of Calvary Chapel, were impacted mightily by the ministry of Aimee Semple McPherson’s Four Square Church, which was birthed out of the Azusa Street Revival. This is so significant to note. When Bill Johnson and Lou Engle were recently talking about the miracles of the Jesus Movement, Bill Johnson shares this notable reality, “every move of God that we read of, around the world, since 1906, is somehow an offshoot of Azusa Street, if you track the people involved if you track the manifestations, the display of the power of the Jesus People Movement”. Bill Johnson continues to highlight the hallmark characteristics of what took place in the Azusa Street Revival, “the faith that was released, the gifts, the church growth, the conviction for sin, the manifestation of God’s presence”. Johnson culminates his point by stating, “missy-ologists trace the amount of people that have been saved in the last 100 years, so much of it is traced back to what was released in Azusa Street”. Think about the significance of this reality! To know this history, to know what God did, and to know that God has said that He is going to do it AGAIN, you can prepare now for this coming move of God’s presence. Can you imagine seeing an entire stadium filled with men who are on fire for the Lord?
05 Despite America’s Present Reality, ALL OF AMERICA WILL ABLAZE WITH THE GLORY OF GOD 46:53 –55:15
It is so easy to get focused and fixated on the present reality of how things look in our natural work. Our 24-hour news cycle makes that so easy to do. But God is not limited to what we see, or by what we experience in this natural world. He is fully able to bring about miraculous sudden change, despite how things look right now!
If things look too impossible, just recall the incredible faith of Abraham when he had faith to believe in God for the impossible, despite the impossible reality of his own situation. As Romans 4:18-21 reveals, “Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.” Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead—since he was about a hundred years old—and that Sarah’s womb was also dead. Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God, being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.” Despite how things look in the world. Despite the horizon of America’s present reality and the non-stop, 24-hour news cycle, GOD IS ABLE! God can do and will do, all the things that He has promised that He would.
Not only are people in America concerned about what is taking place in America, but there are also people around the world looking at watching what is taking place. Pastor Yongi Cho, of South Korea, is one of those men. He sought the Lord about what was happening in America, and asked the Lord, “are you through with America?” Not only did the Lord answer, but He answered in a mighty way, and with such detail, that it will stir your faith. The Lord said to Pastor Cho, “OH NO! I’m about to pour out My Spirit there!” The Lord directed Pastor Cho to pull out a map he had of America. Once Pastor Cho, the Lord told him to point at the map, and the Lord directed his finger directly upon Pensacola. The Lord continued to speak, “I’m going to pour out My Spirit here like a match head. It’ll burn like a match head, bright, and it’ll be powerful. And then it will go over to the Mississippi River, and it’ll back up across Florida again, come down into the Peninsula of Florida, go up the East Coast, down through the West and the South West, and shoot out to the Northwest!” Now here is the mighty clincher, “And before My Coming all of America will be ablaze with the glory of God”. The Lord has shown many just some of the things that are going to come. These visions have yet to come to pass. God has confirmed it in so many different ways.
It seemed as if it was only a few years ago when people started asking the same question to themselves and those around them, “how bad is it going to get?” As we fast forward the clock to the present day, people are still asking themselves the same question and it’s continuing to get worse and worse, with seemingly no change. What is the catalyst that will turn this all around? The Lord spoke to the late John Paul Jackson, “My people are going to cry out to Me.” Jackson asked the Lord, “when?” The Lord continued, “It will keep getting darker until they do. It will keep getting darker until they do.” Think about this. This is the very truth that is revealed in 2 Chronicles 7:14; “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” The answer is not shouting at the darkness, expecting the world to get right. No. It’s the Church, God’s people, that need to get right in the eyes of the Lord. If we don’t cry out, it will only get worse.
Picture this, a farmer is taking another one of his friends to go hunting. As they are walking past a house, they hear a dog howling out in pain. The sound is so loud and so continual, that one farmer turns to the other to ask what that sound is. It was his dog, Cecil, “He’s sitting on a nail”. The farmer asked the question, and responds with another question, “why doesn’t he get off the nail?” “It’s just not hurting bad enough yet” was the response. It’s important to remember, that when God speaks, He uses the minimum force necessary to get us motivated to respond to Him. God will bring us to a place of hardship that gives us every opportunity to cry out to Him. The problem is not those in Washington or the talking heads on television. IT’S THE CHURCH!
It’s important to remember that when the Lord revealed to Greg Lancaster, “It’s going to be the 1970’s again” it was moments later that America suddenly removed all of its troops from Afghanistan. This is exactly what took place in the 1970’s when America did the same thing pulling out from Vietnam. It was a confirmation of the word of the Lord. Things are going to ebb and flow in the world, but the Lord is going to have His way. God wants to restore you to Himself. That’s who He is. He’s good!
How Do We Hear God’s Voice?
The Lord has spoken to so many and confirmed His direction, time and time again, that He is about to pour out His Spirit upon America, and the nations of the world. Just because God is good, and He does mighty, wonderful things, does not mean that everyone will follow God. If God is so incredibly good, how can people miss him? Either they don’t know Him, or they can’t discern His voice. Many don’t understand that God is speaking and the ways He communicates. God wants a relationship with each and every one of us. The Lord made known a powerful series, “God’s Secret Wisdom – Perceiving the Thoughts of God”. So many people are talking about insignificant stuff. But, it’s important that we learn and know how the Lord is speaking. There is a part for you to hear what God is saying because He is speaking to you. Are you listening?
CHANGED IN A DAY! One Man’s Miraculous Story of Being Touched by God in the Jesus Movement!
It is incredibly encouraging to hear the testimonies of others, and how the Lord moved upon their lives. When we hear these testimonies, it points us to the goodness of the Lord, and it stirs our faith to believe God to do the same in our lives. Imagine someone causing destruction to their local community while walking the streets in rebellion. Though that may sound like today, this is what was happening in the 1970’s. Imagine someone tearing down your city today, being in the Kingdom of God tomorrow. This is what the Lord was doing in the Jesus Movement. During the 1970’s and the Jesus Movement, people were being mightily touched all across the nation.
John Ruttke was one of these men. When speaking to a local crowd, he talks about how a sovereign move of God changed his life in one single day. As one who has been walking with the Lord since the 1970’s, he sees that God is doing something mightily, and shares his priceless wisdom of what he experienced in order to help the next generation. “There’s a new day coming! Spirit of God is about ready to drop! A shift is coming. Better be on the right side of that shift! Because He’s coming. Whether you’re on it or not, He’s coming!” Ruttke continues to emphasize the importance and urgency of the present hour by responding to the Lord. “So, It’s wake-up time and the Lord is about ready to WAKE HIS PEOPLE UP AGAIN.” This isn’t just going to be another revival. No. “IT HAS TO BE A GREAT AWAKENING. HAS TO BE! It can’t just be another nice movement. No. That won’t do it for where we’re at. It’s got to be an awakening. HAS TO BE AN AWAKENING! GOD’S GOT TO BEGIN TO GRAB A HOLD OF HIS PEOPLE!” As John Ruttke continues, he points out the raw reality of where he was when the Lord found him, and what the Lord did. “Listen, we were left-wing radical, Molotov cocktail throwing, hippies as far out as you can get and in ONE DAY I was changed. Devout Buddhist, into eastern mysticism. ONE DAY! ONE DAY! CHANGED! ONE DAY!”
How can someone be powerfully changed like that in a single day? GOD! This is so very exciting! This is what God does. God did the same thing to Saul, who was persecuting the Church, and SUDDENLY, a bright blinding light from heaven shined upon him. Jesus revealed Himself to Saul so powerfully that he became blind for three days. Saul had a sudden realization that he wasn’t serving God, but he found out the truth that day. Jesus spoke clearly to him, as shown in Acts 9:5a-6, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting,” he replied. “Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.” God did this IN A MOMENT!
You might not have known that God can do such a miraculous miracle in someone’s life, IN A DAY. You are no different. If you know the Lord, but you don’t think the Lord can touch the one rioting in the streets today, we can miss God. If you don’t know the Lord, you can. You can simply talk to Jesus at this very moment and ask Him to come into your life and change your life. No one is outside the powerful arm of Jesus Christ, or too far for His blood to wash clean.
