Rally for Israel

John, Pat, and Steve share about the impactful rally for Israel recently held in the nation’s capital, Washington D.C. CBN reports about the event and some of those who were in attendance. Penny Nance with Concerned Women of America, asks the impacting question of what she would have done if she were alive during the Holocaust? Other speakers included, Mike Huckabee, and Eric Stackelbeck. They brought to light the current threat and danger to not only Israel but also to America that is presently in the world. Salvation is a Gift from God but it is the Humble who Receive It

John, Pat, and Steve share about the profound truth of God’s free gift of salvation for each of us. “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.” –Ephesians 2:8-9. It is through humility that we see our need for God and the reality that nothing we can do personally causes us to be right in the eyes of God. Pride is so deceiving that it causes us to be blinded to our need for God. In addition, it also blinds us to the reality of self-righteousness through religious works. There are hardships, trials, and tribulations that God allows us to go through. As the church, when we see others going through these difficult moments, we can focus our prayers specifically for them. Find out how we can pray for others, the difference between pride and humility, and so much more. War; Does Each Soldier Answer for His Own Actions before God?

Greg, Pat, and Steve have a conversation about the importance of following orders and the outcomes that follow. By looking back at history there have been multiple leaders: Pol Pot, Stalin, Hitler, etc. Each of these leaders brought utter extermination to many of their own citizens. To say yes to Pol Pot would be to murder what would end up being 25% of the Cambodian people. To say yes to Hitler would cause the extermination of more than 6 million Jews in gas chambers. If we do not have the Word of God in our hearts, what do we rely on if we receive morally wrong orders? What if we have a leader that says we need to go to war with Israel? What would we do? Is it important to obey the leader, or God? Be empowered as you hear the details of these critical questions, and so much more.
