They ask the question since people who are homeless don’t have a place to charge their phones; why would the government give them phones? Some of the possible reasons are to bypass any authority and speak directly to the people; the other is to track the homeless. They continue to share how cellphones today have the ability to track people as well as the maps that Google has produced. They continue to share how the tendency of people who get things from the government is for them to continue to turn to the government instead of God.
