We can build our homes and our lives in the Shelter of the most High and rest securely in the shadow of the almighty.
Can good come out of Suffering?
Pat, John, and Chris discuss the life of Job and how through a life of suffering and not turning away from God but turning to God, Job was more blessed in the end than from the beginning of his life and trial. In James 1:2-4, we are told to welcome the trials in life as friends. It’s through these trials that we grow stronger in our relationship with the Lord. Suffering allows us to grow in empathy and love for others, all the while our faith increases if we place our trust in the Lord. Even Jesus learned obedience through the things he suffered; the student is not above the Master. No matter how big the trial is you are facing today, remember you can always turn to God and He will see you through.
In Full View of God
In a time where everything is being seen and tracked before all to see we are reminded that nothing escapes the eyes of God. In this moment of wisdom found in Proverbs 5:21, for a man’s ways are in full view of the LORD, and he examines all his paths.
