John ,Pat and Steve share how modern technology advances in the last few years have assisted the government in surveillance of citizens.  There has been no time in history like the present where citizens are leaving digital tracks of everywhere they have been and those tracks are being picked up.  They discuss how this could be a possible infringement on the 4^th amendment in this original intent of the U.S. Constitution moment.
