Do you Fear Man or Do you Fear God? You can’t fear and serve them both

In this wisdom moment found in Proverbs 29:25 Greg shares regarding the fear of man proving to be a snare and that whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.  He continues to share how the fear of man is a trap that the Lord wants us to stay clear from.  This is important to understand for many declare with loud bold voices they do not fear man, but their every decision is based on how their actions or words will be accepted by a man, while never once considering the heart of God and how God will feel about their actions.  The opposite of up is down, right is left and fear of man is the opposite of the fear of God. We can and are called to honor men, but fear God.  When we trust in The Lord (fear The Lord) we will be kept safe!  You can’t just stop fearing man without replacing that fear with the fear of the Lord.  We cannot be double minded.  We must exercise faith and totally trust God being sure and certain that he is able to keep us safe.
