LISTEN NOW! John, Pat, and Chris share how the NY Supreme court judge Milton Tingling overturned Mayor Bloomberg’s soda ban. Mayor Bloomberg banned all sugary drinks larger than 16 ounces. According to the Blaze “the judge also said Mayor Bloomberg stepped outside the boundaries of his authority when he presented the Board of Health- which is solely appointed by him- with the ban.” John Chris and Pat continue to discuss how thankful they are for the judicial system we have that protects citizens from rogue politicians that want to infringe upon the rights of citizens.
