There Is HOPE – Spirit of Jehu Restructures and Restores Authority to Proper Alignment

They continue discuss some of Israel’s history in the time where King Ahab reigned. They shared the good news that entire nations can be set free from captivity. During the time of King Ahab’s reign the entire nation was in captivity and Ahab had a very long list of evil and wrong things he had done during his reign one of which was marrying his wife Jezebel. He shared God ordained power and authority with his wife who was strategically there to seduce his power since she had none of her own. They continue to share accounts of how Queen Jezebel and Ahab acted under the spirit that carries their name and who are not gender specific. Jezebel used seduction and every form of manipulation to seduce power from Ahab to get her way. All the while Ahab was glad to be seduced because she was present to do his dirty work; meanwhile God’s people suffered as a result. She instituted her false religion, the worshiping of Asherah poles and Baal. Everything they did was the complete opposite of God’s expectation. Jezebel only controls you with what she gives you and there can be no Jezebel without an Ahab. Ahab allowed his authority to be seduced. God anointed a prophet, Jehu, to deal with this situation and to bring a restricting that would bring proper alignment back to the people of God and under Godly leadership. God began to use this man to bring order and to deal with the heads those who had their authority seduced. He then makes his way to deal with Jezebel and the Word of God tells us that Jezebel was putting on makeup and whatever she could use to try to seduce him. Many today will turn to what tool or bag of trick they have to seduce those in authority to get their authority. Jehu saw her and commanded the Eunuchs that were close to her to throw her down and they did. She fell at his feet and was trampled by horses and dogs fed on her deceased body. This is the end of those who refuse to repent from the spirit of Jezebel they too will end up on a bed of suffering. There is hope in God he is raising people up who walk in the light and will bring things back in order under proper alignment under God.
Glory Stories: 13 Year Old Boy Receives the Baptism Of the Holy Spirit
John, Greg, and Pat discuss stories of the manifestation of the glory of God. John begins by sharing and encounter that occurred first thing that morning. He shares that while he was in his office abiding he heard a knock on his door and it was his 13 year old son Elijah. Elijah came in and asked his dad for the next discipleship booklet as he has been abiding with the Lord daily before school. He then shares with his dad, John; that he had been abiding and wants to be filled with the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and wanted to receive this gift. He says I have the faith dad. So John asks Elijah to pull up a chair and he prays for Elijah to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. John shares how they began praising God and worshiping him and then Elijah stepped out in faith and began to pray and was filled with Spirit of God and began to pray in the Spirit. John shares how his son is not a talkative young man but God overtook him and he prayed on his own for over fifteen minutes. He describes how the glory of God filled his office. As Elijah finished praying he begins to say Holy, Holy, Holy; Come Jesus Come. They describe how important it is not to go in your head and try to figure out what God is going to do. They also share how Pat was filled by the Holy Spirit the night they anointed the borders of Escambia County. Up until this point, Pat had been praying for three years to receive the baptism of the Spirit. They continue to share how this night of praying over the four borders of Escambia County and how it was Pat’s time. They share how while they were driving to one of the borders to pray for the blessing of this county and dealing with spiritual wickedness in the area Pat had an encounter. Somehow Pat’s 32 ounce ice cold cup of soda fell right into his lap and almost at that exact moment he got out of his head began to pray in the Spirit. They share how that night was powerful for so many reasons. They shared the importance of getting out of your head when it comes to the things of God and to receive what God has for you by faith and watch God move on your behalf.
