Government Shutdown Day 14; WWII Veterans Storm the Gates?

CBN reports “Hundreds of protestors calling themselves the Million Vet March removed barricades at several memorials and then marched over them to the gates of the White House, chanting “You work for us!” They continue to discuss how this current administration was willing to bar veterans who gave their lives for defending the Constitution from war memorials in the nation’s capital. It’s time for the church to wake up. It’s not about the 535 members of Congress it’s about the 320 million American citizens. “Our veterans gave us our best it’s time for us to give them our best”, said Congress woman Michelle Bachman. They continue to share that just like Dr. King believed there were still good people left in America that just need to hear the truth that is being shared.
We are Called to be Children of the Day

Greg, John, and Pat discuss how God has called his people to be children of the day, children of the light. 1 Thessalonians 5:5 says “You are all children of the light and children of the day. We do not belong to the night or to the darkness.” Greg shares about a vision he was given by God where a group of young people were passionate about the things of God and then in the next scene he saw the same teens laying prostrate before a satanic altar. They were trying to be children of the day and of the night at the same time. This is impossible they were just simply deceived. When Greg went to approach them to share with them the truth a he saw a little child size furious demon come at him which he bound up in the name of Jesus. The demon did not want them to know the truth. The truth is that you cannot walk with God if you think you can walk and live as a child of the day and of the night at the same time.
Acts 26:17-19
I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles. I am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.’
There is a process of coming out of darkness into the light. The ultimate answer is humility which is trusting the Lord to transform you and bring you in. We are not to have a little light to shine but a roaring inferno burning bright for God.
