CBN News reports that “Typhoon Haiyan destroyed entire cities, towns and villages, crippled roads and demolished tens of thousands of homes in the Philippines. At least 2 million people are desperate for help, and as many as 10,000 people are feared dead.” People are quoted as saying they don’t have food or houses.
