Open Doors and Empty Houses: Spiritual Wickedness

by

LISTEN NOW! Greg, John, and Pat discuss how open doors and empty houses open you up to spiritual wickedness.  They continued discussing that when you walk away from God you open yourself up to sin.  When you have open doors and are in sin you don’t choose what sin bondage enters your life.  The Bible says in Luke 11:225-26 “When an impure spirit comes out of a person, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’   When it arrives, it finds the house swept clean and put in order.   Then it goes and takes seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that person is worse than the first.”  They continue to discuss one of the ways you know when someone is under demonic oppression.  That’s when they look at God’s word knowing clearly what it says and says God’s word is wrong.  They continued discussing the dangers of living with rebellion in your heart and having an open door for demons to enter.  They look for a place to go and if your door is open they will go in.  You are the temple of God if you are a Christian you must keep your “house” filled with the word of God.   If you continue down this path you are opening your family to spiritual darkness.   Sure people can be delivered but what’s the point if they go right back and now worse spirits come back into the house leaving the person worse off.  It’s not about being delivered as much as it is about being set free.
