LISTEN NOW!

It’s not about pointing our fingers at the world; It’s about the church getting right with God first

Greg, John, and Pat discuss about how it’s not about pointing our fingers at the world but it’s about the church getting right with God first.  They discuss that the recent issue before the Supreme Court; the definition of marriage, that it’s not about the world but those who profess to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.  One man interviewed who was among the protesters was broken by his own sin and saw what was happening as a result of his own sin and repented.  They continued to share about the stand in the gap event in Washington DC where they were a part of one million men gathered to repent for their sins and the sin of the nation.

The Key to a Prolonged and Prosperous Life

In this moment of wisdom found in Proverbs 3: 1-2 “My son do not forget my teaching, but keep my commands in your heart, for they will prolong your life many years and bring you prosperity” Greg shares the key to a prolonged life.  People attempt many ways to extend their life and as well find many ways to be prosperous.  However, the Bible is clear that a sure way to have a long, prosperous life is keeping God’s word in our hearts.

Get outside of Self Limiting Thoughts

John and Pat discuss the importance of getting outside of self-limiting thoughts.  They discuss an 81 year old sprinter who jumped outside every thought that said he was too old to be a sprinter and compete in races.  As a result he has won numerous medals and ribbons and serves as an example of what we can do when we get outside of self-limiting toxic thoughts.  The Bible instructs us to take every thought captive and to make them obedient to Christ, 2 Corinthians 10:5.  Every thought that is negative and toxic in nature will result in an action or inaction as a result of what we have been thinking.  They challenge us to change our thoughts and we can change our world.  Good thoughts will result in a good harvest in our lives.  It is impossible to go in a direction that is different than your thoughts.  Today make the decision to get outside of self-limiting thoughts and believe God for great things in faith.

John’s Miracle Gas

Greg, John, and Pat share about how God miraculously provided gas for John when he ran out of Gas driving on the interstate in the rain at night.  Just when he thought the car just stopped he pressed the gas pedal and the car continued to go until he was able to pull over and get gas.  A true miracle since he was out of state, driving in the rain and at night.  God is good.
