According to Marsh, “Each year $70 Billion per year, in foreign aid, from, governmental, private, and faith-based institutions to the world.” With these encouraging truths, Marsh also shares a not so encouraging truth that has and is taking place in America, “It has forgotten the rock from which it has been hewn and is falling into moral and spiritual bankruptcy. Moral and spiritual bankruptcy leads to financial and governmental bankruptcy.
