LISTEN NOW! When Michael Snyder, was recently invited to the Jim Bakker Show, he shared a timely word for today’s hour. “America today doesn’t want to hear the prophets”. Just as in the history of Israel, when many refused to listen to the voices that God raised up and established; the same is true in America today. According to Michael Snyder, what he is writing about on his website, theeconomiccollapseblog.com, lines up with what the Godly voices of today are saying. Initially, growing up, Synder shares how he didn’t believe in the things that were talked about in the Bible. Yet, in his own words, he shares, “But, as I started to get older, I started to look into the Bible, I was like, well, what I’m seeing in my Church, the mainstream denominational Christianity, doesn’t match up with what I see in the Word of God”. Snyder continues, “As an attorney, I study these things, I do it in a systematic way. And, so not only economic collapse is coming, but a whole bunch of other things are coming.”
When World War I began, it was because of the sparking event involving a man named, Archduke Franz Ferdinand. There are so many Ferdinand moments that have the potential of being “sparked”. If one were to look at the voices of mainstream media, it is common place to hear ‘everything is fine, everything is fine…’. When considering these words, Lamentations 2:14 is applicable and urgently timely, “The visions of your prophets were false and worthless; they did not expose your sin to ward off your captivity. The prophecies they gave you were false and misleading.” We must have a clear picture of our personal situations. We must desire truth. There is no better way than to be in constant communication and relationship with Jesus Christ. Be encouraged and empowered in these times to not only see the truth of what is happening, but to know why, and so much more.
