WAR? Hamas & Israel Reportedly Days Away?
According to reports from WND, we are on a precipice of witnessing another war taking place in the Middle East. The headlines regarding peace talks between the Palestinian people and Israel have been continuous. Apparently, the Palestinians are not satisfied with how current events have unfolded in their region.
As WND states, a London-based, Arabic-language newspaper, Al-Hayat, states that war in this region is days away. “…leaders of Hamas in the Gaza Strip are calculating that the chances of war with Israel are “at 95 percent” and assume it could erupt within days.” What is surprising to note is that it is the Gaza Strip that is wanting to begin a war with Israel. The article continues, “the military wing of Hamas has declared a state of the highest alert, evacuating its headquarters and various sites in the Strip, such as the border areas, and spreading its armed forces in civilian areas for fear of an Israeli attack.”
President Trump recently met with Israel’s Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and stated that the topic of Jerusalem had been taken off the table in peace negotiations. But, the money that America sends to the Palestinian Authority remains on the table, only if the Palestinian Authority stops rewarding people for killing Israelis and innocent civilians.
The article continues to describe how Israel has responded to the threats from the Gaza Strip. “Israeli jets have also struck the Strip twice in the last few days in retaliation for two rockets fired from Gaza.” These people believe that Israel should be pushed into the sea. They believe the anti-Biblical perspective of these issues. People are making war against Israel thinking that they are on the right side.

You’re lucky if you win in one year.” He continues to explain the expectations we need to have if we have placed a timeline on our goals. “If you think I will win this in 3 years, prepare for five years.” He also shares personal stories that caused him to nearly go broke because he did not understand this wisdom at the time. “When you know what you’re willing to give up, then you know you will get something.”
This is such a pinnacle concept in business. It is when you give to others that you begin to receive. You must be willing to give up momentary desires to receive long-term rewards. It’s not what you’re giving up; it’s what you’re investing in. Even if someone does not consider themselves a “business-minded” individual, we all have relationships in our lives. Instead of looking at the ‘time’ that we are giving up to be with that person, see it as how you are ‘investing’ into that person.

When we look at the business realm today, often it is not the product that differentiates one business from another, but how companies are demonstrating that they care more about the bottom line: the profit. We understand that people have consciences, but what about companies. People want to do business with companies that are giving back to society. These are companies with a conscience.
When Roy Williams recently sat down with Glenn Beck, Williams shares how the business industry has shifted as people are growing more interested in how companies are ‘giving back.’ In one example, Williams begins to share how Mercedes-Benz has already been doing this. “Every life-saving invention on the automobile was developed and patented by Mercedes-Benz, and they never charge anyone for the patent.” Williams continues to address the important factor that Mercedes-Benz has never openly promoted this.
Since we are now in a “We-Generation,” these are the types of ideals and values that speak loudly. The “We-Generation” is concerned about the collective. Whether it is a business, a ministry, or a gathering of people. People want to know that you are willing to spend time with them for the betterment of others, not simply the ability to demonstrate a talent on your own. If we are not willing to focus on others, we are not going to fit in a “We-Generation.”

“Did you know that Rolex Corporation is owned, and always has been, by the orphanages of Switzerland?” Williams continues to share the heartfelt story of a man and woman that met at an orphanage and one day built an amazing company to be what we now know as ‘Rolex.’ “Whenever they passed, all proceeds of Rolex Corporation go to the orphanages of Switzerland.”
Very few people, if any, knew about this, until now. Many people are in business and don’t care about the people who work for them, or the people who are coming into their businesses. Many people have questions about how our government is run and how activities are carried out, even after a new administration is voted into office. President Trump recently sat down with syndicated Talk Show hosts, ‘Rick and Bubba’, and carried out a very personal conversation in the East Wing of the White House.
After presenting a myriad of questions to the President about recent developments in the White House, Rick makes a statement about how people expect their vote to impact government. “There’s a little bit of frustration cause I think there’s people that said, ‘we voted for this administration, and we want their vision for America to be implemented’.” He brings up a point that some in Congress may not even understand. As the President responds, he highlights how the American people are going to get what they voted for.
“We are going to get Repeal and Replace…Obamacare is exploding and imploding just as I said it would.” The President continues to share his perspective on the tax cuts. “The tax cuts are gonna be very important…But, I will say the receptivity, and you people know as well as I do, that the receptivity has been fantastic for the tax cuts.”
It is so beautiful to see the President allowing such down-home questions to be asked. To see our President sitting down and taking the time to talk with media openly and honestly about these issues is deeply encouraging. This reality is another confirmation of the prophetic vision the Lord gave to Greg Lancaster before Donald Trump was elected as President. In the vision, Greg met with Donald Trump in the White House, shook hands with him as Donald Trump had just won the Presidency, and immediately the American people were being invited into the White House.
What we are seeing happen in America is not the action of any government. This is being done by the hand of God. We are benefitting from the mercies of God.
