U.S. Supreme Court Justice Rejects U.S. Constitution?

Can you believe that United States Supreme Court Justice Ruth Ginsburg says that she wants a new U.S. Constitution? She is supposed to uphold our Constitution, not be against it! She shares her thoughts on why she wants this for our country. “The United States, in comparison to Egypt, is a very new nation, and yet we have the oldest written constitution in force in the world…I would not look to the U.S. Constitution if I were drafting a constitution in the year 2012. I might look at the constitution of South Africa. That was a deliberate attempt to have a fundamental instrument of government that embraced basic human rights, had an independent judiciary. It really is, I think, a great piece of work that was done. Much more recent than the U.S. Constitution.”

The job of the nine Supreme Court Justices is to make sure that things are constitutionally sound! Here is one of the Justices stating that people need to look to other countries for examples of a good constitution versus looking at our own!

We must keep praying for the Supreme Court Justices to be replaced with people who follow the U.S. Constitution.
