We have two men share how God is recruiting for His Special Forces and maybe you are the next one to be a part! Retired Lieutenant General Jerry Boykin, a founding member of Delta Force, speaks at a roundtable talk with Jim Bakker. Also, Apostle Ken Sumrall, founder of Liberty College and Liberty Church, shared how he considers Greg Lancaster Ministries Special Forces and how you can be a part. Ret. Lt. General Boykin shares how he describes the Spiritual Delta Force. “I reflected back on 1968 as a young Captain, and we created the Delta Force and the old Colonel who was the founder of the Delta Force, a guy name Charlie Beckwith, and he was legendary but after we all got through the upfront assessment which started with 118 people and finished with 19 we were very proud of ourselves. We were excited, and we were looking forward to the future. Then he came in and addressed us all and said, ‘men I want to promise you two things, a medal…and a body bag.’ And of course, our first thought was, is this guy for real? Is he serious? He was serious. It was a message of commitment. You have got to be totally committed. You have got to know what your transcendent cause is, and you have got to be willing to pay the ultimate price…you have got to be prepared if you want to be a part of this unit.”
He continues sharing that we must find these types of people in the Church! “We have got to find those Delta Force warriors in the Church today. In the Christian communities, we have to find those people that in perilous times like we are living in now, are willing to go the distance and ultimately their medal is heaven. They are all going to get it if they are redeemed by the blood of Jesus Christ but are they willing to stay in the fight knowing that they may get the body bag too? Not just martyrdom but it can be ridicule, condemnation, just threats against them.”
He also says not to overlook the misfits in the Church! They may be different and may live differently than you think they should, but if they are followers of Jesus and they have a warrior’s heart then they may be the exact one who can do great things for the Kingdom of God! Someone who has this warrior’s heart thrives in problem-solving versus running from it. God is raising up special forces!
As Ret. Lt. General Boykin stated there is a medal and a body bag. As a believer, our reward is heaven because we are all appointed once to die as the scriptures state.
“And just as it is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment…” Hebrews 9:27 ESV
When we face the judgment seat of Christ will have died only serving ourselves or serving others? In these special forces that God is raising up we must be willing to go places others won’t go and to die for the cause!
Apostle Sumrall spoke of Greg Lancaster and the ministers who are related to him, as special forces while at a leadership meeting with Greg and the leadership team. Apostle Sumrall read the Special Forces Creed giving words to what God has called His followers to be on this earth!
Special Forces Creed
I am an American Special Forces Soldier!
I will do all that my nation requires of me.
I am a volunteer, knowing well the hazards of my profession.
I serve with the memory of those who have gone before me.
I pledge to uphold the honor and integrity of their legacy in all that I am – in all that I do.
I am a warrior.
I will teach and fight whenever and wherever my nation requires.
I will strive always to excel in every art and artifice of war.
I know that I will be called upon to perform tasks in isolation, far from familiar faces and voices.
With the help and guidance of my faith, I will conquer my fears and succeed.

De Oppresso Liber – “To Liberate the Oppressed”
Apostle Sumrall continued to share how difficult it will be in God’s Special Forces and to keep going we must realize how only 9% of people in the Church are sold out to God. Sold out means that you know that this is it and that you are okay with this being it and willing to do whatever it takes for the Kingdom of God. Also, in this, he reminds us to never negotiate with the enemy.
He continues sharing how God has apostles all over the country, but administrators are overseeing the apostles. This is important because apostles and prophets are the foundation and Jesus is the cornerstone. Apostles are entrepreneurs in the spirit, laying out new territories and the things going on around Jesus Christ. Apostles are very important, and the problem here is that administrators oversee apostles in most Churches. Administrators are important, but they should come in to administrate after the apostle and prophets have laid the foundation. Many apostles are pastors of Churches because many people don’t want to recognize the position of an apostle, but we believe this is holding back the Church from growth because the Church needs apostles!
“…built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone…” Ephesians 2:20 ESV
Jesus lived a life of simple obedience to His Father, and that is what we are to do as well. We follow His example and just listen for what the Father is saying for us to do. This leads us to have a love for people like Jesus and Apostle Sumrall encouraged us to meditate on the Book of John in the Bible as it shows us how Jesus lived on this earth. Get ready to hear and obey, and like Jesus, we can obey unto death.
“And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross.” Philippians 2:8 ESV
Jesus had special forces with His 12 disciples. A few things that special forces will do is; first they will do what others refuse to do. They will go where others are not willing to go. They are willing to lay down their life for what they are called to do. They sacrifice personally what others called a “requirement,” which is family, friends, careers, and great wealth. Lastly, they are hidden in anonymity and are not concerned with their names being in lights or getting any credit because they believe in what is happening!
Rick Joyner, with MorningStar Ministries, had a prophetic dream and God showed him the future history of America and that there will be a second American Revolution. This is already written in the history books for America, and this will happen because America has never fully risen to her potential. Which is when it is recognized that every man is created equal because everybody is equal under God’s eyes. If the first American Revolution had been successful, this wouldn’t happen. This second Revolution will bring America to that place of true equality for every person under God. It is all preparing us for the billion-soul harvest that is coming into the Kingdom of God and the wealth transfer.
