LISTEN NOW! In this moment of wisdom found in Proverbs 15:8 the Lord detest the sacrifice of the wicked, but the prayer of the upright pleased him. Some -times ones perception of reality is different from reality itself and one can be confused to think that God is okay with the wicked making ,“sacrifice” religious acts to and for God all the while they don’t know God/Jesus, as their Lord and savior. What pleases God are the prayers of those who know him and accept him as Lord. He doesn’t turn a deaf ear to anyone; however we can’t live a life that is wicked and expect to be heard. It’s better for us to obey God and submit to him first by accepting his son Jesus as our savior so that our worship to God can be accepted by God.
