Presently, we are seeing people plotting and planning against our government; scheming against God. Do not be alarmed. This isn’t anything new. Ever since the beginning of time, satan has been warring against God. Just as Psalm 21:11highlights, “Though they plot evil against you and devise wicked schemes, they cannot succeed”, we know the plans of evil will not succeed. The biggest test of our faith, is doubt. There are going to be threats in this life, difficulties and trials. But, God has revealedthat ‘the seat of evil is coming down and the seat of righteousness will rise’.
President Trump’s Weekly Address
As President Trump continues his productivity in the White House, he shares, in his most recent weekly address, how he has just signed The NASA Transition Authorization Act into law. As he shares the encouraging reminder of NASA’s vision to learn more about space, he describes the memorable events of The Hubble Space Telescope. As astonishing and breathtaking as the many images that Hubble has provided, there is another telescope on the horizon; The James Webb Space Telescope. With the passing of this new Act, the plans to launch next year can become a plausible reality. President Trump shares, “The Webb Telescope is set to launch next year. It will gaze back through time and space to the very first stars and the earliest galaxies in the universe. Cindy Jacobs Vision of Draining the Swamp: Hold on it may get Tougher before it gets better
As we have seen, since President Trump has taken the Oval Office, he has proved himself in fulfilling the many promises that he voiced during his campaign. In his first Address to the Joint Congress, he expressed that he had begun to do what he said that he would do, ‘drain the swamp’. “We have begun to drain the swamp of government corruption by imposing a five-year ban on lobbying by Executive Branch officials…and a lifetime ban on becoming lobbyists for a foreign government”. While this statement was responded to with laughter, his actions have not stopped.
While President Trump continues to share how he is fulfilling his promises, Cindy Jacobs, who moves in the prophetic, was recently given a vision from the Lord, revealing more about President Trump’s actions. Charisma Magazine shares about Jacob’s encounter.
As I was praying for the nation today, I had a vision of a swamp being drained. However, as it was emptying, there were a number of “swamp creatures” that became visible. There were alligators and poisonous snakes, among others.
Suddenly, a big war began over the remaining “swamp water.” The creatures began to turn on each other for territory.
Then, I saw swamp hunters aggressively wade into the mix. The battle was horrific and the hunters suffered injury, but they continued fighting on.
The interpretation of this is that the situation in Washington is going to heat up even more! It is going to get vicious. It will heat up until it will seem difficult to see what is really happening.
I realized this vision was given to me to encourage us, as intercessors for the nation, to have the courage to aggressively fight for righteousness. More things that are hidden are going to come to light. Some of the “swamp creatures” are going to turn on each other.
More exposures are coming. We need to pray for those who are fighting for what is right in Washington. When you see the swamp war getting more vicious, press in deeper in intercession—it is a sign that progress is being made.
Essentially, Jacobs is highlighting that what we are seeing in our government is going to get worse. There are things in our government that are so deeply rooted into America’s soil, that it will take time for them to be completely removed. The “swamp” is not just in “Washington D.C.”, it is in all government; our state governments, and even our local governments. It’s all connected.
How much do we depend on government? What are we willing to lay down our lives for? Are we willing to lay down our lives for those that come after us; or are we simply looking for how the government will provide for us? More exposures are coming. We need to pray that for those in Washington, and all levels of government, that are fighting for the Constitution and all that is right. We are presently experiencing a window of time to do what is right in the eyes of the Lord. The greatest harvest of souls is about to come into the Kingdom. It’s time not to waste another moment, but to get busy with the things of the Kingdom. Encouraging Testimonies of the Faithfulness of God!
Recently, Greg was able to take a trip to a nearby IMAX theatre. In this particular theatre, he was drawn to a movie about the process that water goes through in Africa; BBC Earth’s Wild Africa. In the dry season of Africa, elephants will travel miles after miles in search of a single mud puddle, as will many other species of animals. But, when the seasons change and the rain comes, Africa comes alive. Streams become rivers, and what was once dry and parched, is now flooding with currents of water. Yet, the seasons change again, the waters dry up, and the dry season is in full effect once again. This brings a starting reminder to Isaiah 55:10-11; “As the rain and snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the Earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” When we abide with God, this is exactly what takes place within our souls. God touches the dry places with the water of His word. Everything then begins to grow.

Greg continues to share just a few of the testimonies from what he has seen God do in his life. When he first came to the Lord, an offering was being taken for a new roofing project. Greg resolved that he would give a pledge for $1,000. As the time arrived to pay the pledge, Greg was realizing that he didn’t have the $1,000. He had set in his heart that he was going to fulfill his promises and take out a loan if that’s what it took. Surprisingly, God had spoken to someone to write a check for the very amount that Greg had pledged to give, $1,000.
In another instance, early in his marriage, it was time to pay the tithes to God. After paying the tithes to God, there wasn’t enough in the account in order to pay the power bill. It was time to simply trust God. After getting the phone call that the power was about to be cut off, Greg stood by the faithfulness of God. He arrived home early just in time to see the mailman dropping off their mail. In the stack of letters, one was a check for almost the exact amount that was needed. Greg also shares about how God miraculous paid off nearly the entire amount of their mortgage which enabled them to be in the ministry as they are today.
You can hold on to what God has said in His word. If God said it, then that settles it. Be lifted in your faith in God, as well as His promises for you in the Word, and so much more.
