In my Weakness I am made Strong

by
LISTEN NOW! John and Pat share regarding the need to be vulnerable, which is defined as weak, open, exposed, and unguarded when it comes to sharing the good news and sharing the gospel.  They continued to discuss that one of the enemies of intimacy in any relationship is the lack of vulnerability.  Even Jesus, when he first sent out his disciples, he sent them out like sheep among wolves and instructed them not to take sandals or bags.  Why, so their dependency factor would not be on themselves but instead on God.  So it is with us today.  Even the Apostle Paul said in 1 Corinthians 9:22. To the weak I became weak, to win the weak.  I have become all things to all men so that by all possible means I might save some.  If we are going to share the love of God with others we must be willing to step out into unchartered waters and be totally vulnerable where we can, so we don’t lean or trust in ourselves but instead totally lean and be dependent on the Lord.
