Light House Prophecy – VFNtv (Our Story)
Why This Matters
I want to talk about the Light House Prophecy because quite often you’ll see where God speaks a word in a generation during a time, and we mess it up. Something happens, or the enemy comes in and tries to stop it.
Israel, for example—look at all the times God has spoken over Israel and the enemy tries to come in, not just trying to stop it then, but even now. It’s not going to happen.
We can have confidence knowing that if God said it, it’s going to happen. God will do it. The Lighthouse Prophecy is so interesting. Remember: right after our leaders came in from around the nation, we gathered together, and God encouraged us with His presence. Powerful, isn’t it?
We were talking about the Lighthouse Prophecy and breaking in how we see ourselves as part of that—us and others as well. Coming right into the gathering on Sunday, of all things, were the five flags and the lighthouse.
It had been there the whole time, but we didn’t have eyes to see until we saw it. From our own experience, we want to share some of the things about the Lighthouse Prophecy. You can get this on the VFNTorch. It was given some time back—I’m not sure of the original date—but it was reiterated in 1994 by Paul Keith Davis, who was very close with Bob Jones.
Prayer Mountain and Pensacola
There is a Prayer Mountain in South Korea where many South Korean Christians pray 24 hours a day, seven days a week—millions, really. Since that prayer has been birthed, it has spread around the world. He gave that word to encourage, speaking it in the presence of Paul Keith Davis.
This prayer movement is spreading worldwide. In this prophetic word, it was said that Prayer Mountain would transfer—from South Korea—to Pensacola, Florida. Is that not wild?
For about five years now, we’ve been asking what that looks like. We had 15-minute watches down. We had the intense vigil for an hour or two. Since then, we’ve been trying to mature: what is it like to pray 24 hours? By God’s grace, we’re learning, growing, and maturing. He has trained us. I can see how the methodology and the wisdom He revealed—coming through the lineage of what He did in South Korea and what He spoke through Bob Jones, Paul Keith Davis—can be walked out. Sometimes you miss it, sometimes you get it; you’re perfecting what God is saying.
For five years now, we’ve kept a torch burning 24 hours on Mondays. Someone asked, “When are you going to go another day?” In one sense, you’d just do that six more times and you’d have 24/7 prayer. But if you want prayer that truly sees and partners with God, it’s more than scheduling—it’s maturity. We’ve had so many prayers answered we had to create ways to recognize and record them.
Specific Answers to Specific Prayers
For example, we prayed specifically: “God, uncover any bombs; reveal strategies.” Then we saw reports: 40 missiles uncovered, about 200 landmines, hundreds of thousands of rounds of ammo—uncovered by the Israeli Navy, with the Prime Minister standing in front of it. These are specific answers to specific prayers that can stop what was spoken about Iran—words like, “Watch Iran in February and March,” by Chuck Peters. And you can stop things through prayer.
Bob Jones once talked about God revealing a threat against President Bill Clinton. People prayed, and the President wasn’t harmed. God reveals so we can pray and thwart the enemy’s plans. Imagine an entire city praying like that.
The Bowls of Prayer
Revelation 5:8 says there are bowls before the throne filled with the prayers of the saints. When you pray, God puts that prayer in the bowls and pours them back over the earth—over you, your city, your church gathering, what you’re doing in obedience. There are times I can feel the presence while I’m talking to you now.
God is showing us how to be part of what He wants to reestablish, in a way everyone can participate. We can then impart that wisdom to other cities and regions. What happens is constant, nonstop, biblical, scriptural prayer being released—a fragrant offering. Imagine that fragrance continually coming off your city, and God saying, “I’m pleased with that city.”
Praying for Leaders by Name
At the area where the VFNtv studios are, we pray for local government by name: county commissioners, city council, school board, the governor, the sheriff, the chief of police. We pray for the church in the area—the whole church, all the parts—because there is one church in your city. We pray nationally as well, including for our president. Covering leaders helps them hear God more clearly for the city. Instead of criticizing your leaders, pray for them. This is pleasing to God.
This Lighthouse Prophecy is doable. Everyone doesn’t have to learn an instrument. Maybe you pray for an hour or three, once a week, and then hand the watch to someone else. That fragrance keeps rising.
Yolanda’s Confirmation and “Fire Mountain”
Yolanda Dupri—75 years old, a German Jewish Messianic believer and Holocaust survivor—is one of our viewers. She told me God showed her He was going to move Prayer Mountain to the area where our studios are—where God told us to be. He called this place “the womb of America.” Until God spoke to me to stay, He encouraged me with many words. One was that He wants to birth 24/7 prayer in America. When you birth something, it happens in a womb. It forms—doesn’t look like what it will be—but it comes.
On a trip back from Church of His Presence in Alabama (Pastor John Kilpatrick), Yolanda was riding in the back seat. As they pulled off to a restaurant, the presence of God came over her. Intercessors know this—give them a moment—and their spirit begins to cry out. The Lord told her, “I’m going to establish My Fire Mountain here.”
We’re talking to the Creator of the universe when we pray—the One who answers through His Son and transforms the world to bring in a harvest of a billion souls. This is God communing with His people, and us with Him. The whole church is blessed and encouraged in this.
What the Prophecy Says Will Happen
The Lighthouse Prophecy says an outpouring will produce repentance, leading to godly righteousness, which will produce the power of evangelism. The Lord wants to restore the lighthouse in the Pensacola area, bringing sanctifying light to leadership. It’s an invitation for the region to restore the lighthouse and produce a great light that will spark a move of God that will eventually cover the entire nation.
Pensacola has the Naval Air Station—the cradle of naval aviation—and ships depend on the lighthouse. During the revival, we served the church from a concession called “The Lighthouse.” Someone spoke prophetically and said, “It’s the lighthouse.” That’s how it goes: God orders, we obey.
The Lighthouse Connection
A big shout-out to Brett and Sharon up in Denver. Very specifically: Pensacola’s Naval Air Station, the cradle of naval aviation—ships would come in and we had the lighthouse. Brett and Sharon actually proposed right there at the lighthouse, and God did this prophetic thing with them out there.
In the midst of revival, when John and I and Jason—who was coming down from Oklahoma—and Kachara and Donna served, we served the whole church across the world: food, protection from the sun, umbrellas, and chairs, for hours during the day, all day long. And we did it out of a concession that was called “The Lighthouse.” Someone spoke prophetically and said, “It’s the lighthouse.” I said, “Okay, great—print it, let’s go.” That’s how the Lord does it.
We were in the city of the lighthouse, where Prayer Mountain is to be moved, and Young Ye Cho prophesied about a fire burning from Pensacola to Church of His Presence. What will God do—in the womb?
Shipwrecks After Vandalism
The prophecy also speaks of shipwrecks. Vandals entered the lighthouse, vandalized it, destroyed the lights, and caused great damage. Before the vandalism, the lighthouse kept ships from wrecking. Afterward, ships began to wreck all over the area. These shipwrecks are ships of state—church leaderships—crashing. It was all going the right direction until vandals came and stopped it.
Vandals aren’t always obvious. They can appear religious, even “helpful,” but what they do defaces and damages what God is building.
The Battleship Vision and “Guardians of the Gulf”
The night before we stepped out on television to broadcast in that area—about 1.4 million homes, potential viewers—on Christian Television Network (CTN) with VFNtv and the Daily Radio Program, God gave me a vision.
I was on a battleship patrolling the Gulf Coast—something like the USS Alabama with those 255-caliber guns you can swing around. Enemy gunboats—small, terrorist-looking boats—barreled up on the shore and started shooting at people there. We had already passed that area, so our guns were pointed forward while the attack was happening behind us. We immediately swung the big guns around and fired—boom, boom—blew them out of the water, and the people were safe.
The enemy has bad plans. God has good plans. He will thwart the enemy if we do what He says. This is not a good idea. This is a God idea. It’s not what we would be doing in the natural, but it’s what He said to do—so we did it.
The prophetic word says there will be Guardians of the Gulf. This isn’t against people; it’s against lies and heresies. Steve Hill warned about flaky teachings—like snowflakes building into a spiritual avalanche. When truth is spoken, it’s like firing a round into that snowbank. The Lord said the guardians of the Gulf are coming back. He also said He will provide the light to keep them from sinking. Then He’ll go back and salvage all the ones that are lost at sea.
Launching Broadcasts and Ephesians 6:12
The day before we launched on Christian Television Network—VFNtv and the Daily Radio Program—the Lord showed that this would function like a spiritual battleship, able to deal with second-heaven strategies (Ephesians 6:12). That’s why we say we’re keeping the conversation light at VFNtv and on the Daily Radio Program—shining the light of God’s Word on what we’re all living through.
If we’ll follow Him, He’ll birth something through us in this nation and we won’t look back: a billion souls coming into the harvest.
Why We’re in Pensacola (Not Texas)
We talked earlier about the Lighthouse Prophecy and how we couldn’t squeeze it into one program. Bob Jones gave this over the Pensacola region and Gulf Coast. Paul Keith Davis—family to Bob—reiterated it. When God called, He said the studios were to be in Pensacola. We were shocked; we had planned Texas.
Brother John Kilpatrick (my spiritual father) gave a word: “You’re not going to have to move, because I’m going to move there. I’m going to shift everything.” And He did. After speaking on “convergence,” the moment I touched the studio door handle to leave, God shifted everything. It became a different place. From then on, we saw major things take place. Go to vfntv.com, open the prophetic area on the VFNTorch, and you’ll see these things happening.
The word said Prayer Mountain established by Young Ye Cho in South Korea would be moved to Pensacola. We’ve walked in that region and city; we’ve experienced things that help make sense of this prophetic word.
Maturing in 24-Hour Prayer
Bob Jones spoke; 24-Hour Prayer would begin, then 20 years later the prayer movement began to happen and mature. We’ve been maturing in a day of 24-hour prayer for about five years. Give us five more and we’ll have it. God keeps answering. The harp and bowl—prayer and worship—are real. The Lighthouse Prophecy speaks of vandals, and we’ve seen it. We also saw the battleship vision the day we began broadcasting: truth launched like rounds; guardians patrolling; not against people, but lies.
The Door in the Clouds and the Old Cabinets
God gave me another vision. I was driving down Pine Forest Road in Pensacola Florida near the fairgrounds. I looked up and saw a beautiful open area in the clouds with a door in the middle of it. Someone was in the car with me, I invited them to look with me, but they couldn’t even hear me, they were detached. I said, “Hello?” because I was looking up at the sky. It was amazingly beautiful—an open area [open heaven] in the clouds and a door.
I said, “Well, Pat Hamilton will go with me. First you got to—no.” (That’s how it came out in the moment.)
Then the whole scene shifted. Across from the fairgrounds (where they would one day build a Walmart in that big empty field), there was a great racial like riots—unrest. As unrest was happening, I began to feel lifted off the earth. So slowly it was hard to know that I really was for some time. Then when I got about 15 foot off the group it was evident. At this point I thought, “This is high, I’m going to fall.” but I kept slowly going up. I thought, “I’m going to heaven. This is it. My time on earth is totally over.” I went up some more and then thought, “What about my family? Oh, my family.” Then, I realized, “I’m going to heaven—You’ve [God] got them, right?”
Instead of going straight up, as I was, once I committed to this and let go of everything including my family I was then laid back and it was my spirit man now being pulled up while my legs and arms were relaxed and therefore pointed backwards. My hands were hanging, and my spirit was being pulled up to that doorway. I thought, “This is it.” It was a great feeling.
At the doorway, Pat [who didn’t appear at any point in the dream, until I arrived at this door.] we were standing on the other side. The door looked basic medal door—not gold—just in the middle of the cloud. I opened it and saw old cabinets. I thought, “Great. What meanest thou this?”
“Your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of many generations; you shall be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of streets to dwell in.” Isaiah 58:12 (ESV)
Many people want to do everything new. If you do that, you’ll leave God out, because God has been forever. You have to go back, repent, establish, and heal the ships that have been attacked—God’s people. You can’t just say, “Despite what I did and what happened, we’ll move on.” Whatever we do to the Body of Christ, we do to Jesus.
These ships (God’s people) will be brought up, leadership healed, and we’ll go in one direction. The old cabinets represent reestablishing what God had set: like a president’s cabinet—700 members working together without jealousy. The nation will be impacted. The word over Pensacola and the South: it’s the womb of America. It used to be called the hub of the nation.
“For no one can lay a foundation other than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” 1 Corinthians 3:11 (ESV)
The 700 Ministers and the Cabinet Vision
The prophecy speaks of 700 ministers working together without jealousy, envy, or infighting. They will function like a presidential cabinet, with each member focused on their specific area of gifting and responsibility—similar to a Secretary of State or Secretary of Commerce.
Think of it like how a president has a cabinet—Secretary of State, Secretary of Energy, Secretary of Commerce, Education, Defense—and, yes, all the modern talk of “czars.” You’re the czar over the northern region, okay? They work together for one vision. The Secretary of Energy isn’t worried about Commerce, and Commerce isn’t worried about Energy. That’s been the difficulty in church—everybody wants to be the Secretary of Commerce. In this word, we’ll appreciate the diversity of our giftings and send people to the right “secretary” instead of trying to be everything.
Part of this restoration involves healing leaders who have been through spiritual “shipwrecks.” The vandalism of the past caused great damage to the Body of Christ. But God intends to raise these leaders back up, heal them, and set them on course again—moving in one direction together. This isn’t about ignoring what happened; it’s about genuine repentance, repair, and unity under God’s direction.
Who the Vandals Are (Zeal Without Light)
Only recently have many understood “vandals.” They can be Christian zealots not going by the light of God (Romans 10:2–3). According to George Barna, 81% of the church isn’t touching their Bibles; of the 19% who do, only about 3% apply it. That means 97% can be used as vandals. It may feel right, but David learned—even a right desire (bringing the Ark) must be done God’s way. He lost Uzzah and became fearful and angry until he searched the Word for the right way.
You can profess love for God and still do damage operating from feelings instead of the Word—spiritual vandalism. The light is God’s inspired Word. Lawless vandals twist meanings, bring great darkness to churches. Before you debate direction for a city, ask: “Do you abide? Are you in the Word?” Don’t beat people up; invite them to read and pray, then talk.
Brightness Returning to the Lighthouse
Ministers will have revelatory gifts. What we need is the brightness of God’s light to return to the lighthouse—the inspired Word of the living God. The lighthouse is the glory of God, and this light will bring the Tree of Life—His glory—and reveal the straight and narrow way again. Today, even talking about a “narrow way” triggers resistance because of vandalism in the church, but Jesus’ words remain. In John 6, many walked away. Some may walk away now too, but first get people into the Word.
A group of ministers, anointed with revelation, will impart hope in this area. God is bringing Prayer Mountain (Fire Mountain), restoring ships that have been wrecked, putting light back in the lighthouse, restoring the narrow way to be the common way—with God’s blessing. Hope will come back. Hope expects what it desires from God.
I release hope over you. I call you back to the things of God. Ships that have been wrecked and vandalized—God will restore. He’ll bring 700 leaders together. No big “I’s” and little “you’s.” We want to help you fulfill what God wants in this generation and nation. God’s Word can defend us; when the light returns, it will melt the snow—Steve Hill’s “spiritual avalanche.”
God Rules in the Midst
The Lord is saying He wants 700 who will not quarrel but agree enough for His purposes to be established in righteousness—the rule of God. “Where two or more are gathered in My name, there I am.” That’s not a cliché; there is a King in our midst. He rules. So we ask: “Lord, what do You say? How do You want us to live in view of Your mercy and grace?”
As the church walks in God’s ways, the byproduct is healed land—schools, states, government. If My people humble themselves and pray—I’ll heal the land. If you want to know what it’s like, read the Bible; that’s what He’s bringing to pass.
Fresh Bread from the 70s
Bob said the Lord instructed him to go back and look at bread stored in the 70s. He found it as fresh today as when it was put away. In Pensacola in the 70s, my spiritual father, Brother Ken Sumrall, led a powerful move of God. Liberty Bible College launched missionaries worldwide. Out of that came the Father’s Heart: when he went to minister to ministers, God broke his heart—many were fatherless. He declared: it’s about family and fathers.
He never minded the cutting edge—palm pilot in hand, always learning. I still have his last text about lunch. He said to those God called with me: “You are my special forces.” Special forces break new ground so the rest can advance. It happened with the Malachi Mandate—at first, people asked, “What are you doing?” Later, leaders across the world—even India—were talking about it. That’s what happens when you stand on the shoulders of fathers.
One story: when Brother Ken tried to build the Liberty Campus (now Teen Challenge) off Highway 98, the county had everything stopped. He went to see my father, County Commissioner Earl Lancaster. The secretary said my dad was in a meeting. Brother Ken lay down on the couch to wait. The secretary went in: “He’s laying on the couch.” My father came out and signed the paperwork, releasing the build. It’s in Brother Ken’s Glory to Glory. There is lineage here.

The 70s matter: deliverance, the power of the Spirit, missions, huge harvest. In the hippie movement—the upheaval of the 60s—God moved powerfully in the church. If you can disassociate from the upheaval and lock into the Kingdom, you’ll be part of the parallel move of God. The bread is still fresh.

No Lifeboats
The Mayflower didn’t have lifeboats. The Pilgrims were fully committed—no turning back. Likewise, stepping into this move is not for “salary package Christianity.” (Peter Wagner once joked about folks asking if there’s a salary package; Steve repeated it.) This is for those who lay everything down for the Kingdom.
Walk through fields where soldiers lie who gave their lives for this country and our right to do what we’re doing. Look at the martyrs of the faith. Paul had no lifeboat in the storm to Rome—only a word from God: “Stay on the ship and you’ll live.” If you jump off, you’ll be wrecked.
If you want the fuller story of the Pilgrims, watch Kirk Cameron’s Monumental—we’ve pointed to it on the VFNTorch—to see how persecuted believers, with no lifeboats, followed God at any cost.
The Real Lighthouse of God
In the vision, the lighthouse is the true “lighthouse of God” that illuminates the area with the inspired Word of God. This light is not just a concept—it’s delivered through the mouth of anointed priests, as described in Malachi 2:5–7.
The Lord has preserved hidden manna for this day. This is the strong meat of Hebrews 5–6—revelation from His written Word that will bring new light and fresh understanding.
Hidden Manna and the Nicolaitan Spirit
The hidden manna will expose and free those trapped under the doctrines of the Nicolaitans—teachings that the Lord says He hates. These are religious systems and beliefs that distort the truth and lead people into spiritual captivity.
When the lighthouse is restored and its light shines across the Gulf Coast, entire regions will be freed from these deceptions. This won’t depend on a single personality; the light will be constant and available to all, like a beacon.
Freedom Through the Light
Once people can see that they’ve been in captivity, they can choose to walk free. Jesus is the Bread of Life, the source of this hidden manna. The restored lighthouse will keep ships—representing leadership—from shipwreck in the times to come.
In the days ahead, any ministry or leadership that tries to operate outside God’s ways will not be able to stand. The only secure foundation will be obedience to the Word and ways of God.
America Has Shifted
We were about to shift to Dallas, Texas. Everything was open. But as we gathered from around the nation to move, God said, “America has shifted,” and gave two distinct words about where the mountain would be. He’s doing something in Pensacola and the Gulf Coast. If you’re hungry, God will move where you are (cf. Charles Seymour); but what births here will birth in the nation—like a womb. A glory zone.
Since that turn, we’ve seen industry come in, business come in, the economy go up, jobs arriving. Church around the world: take the same mindset—“We want Your leadership, Lord; we want Your lighthouse in our city”—and watch Him do the same. God gets all the glory.
A Billion-Soul Harvest and True Discipleship
We’re bringing this to a conclusion, but the Lighthouse Prophecy continues to unfold. Go to GregLancaster.org/Torch and search for “The Light House Prophecy.” Ask God if it agrees with your spirit. Prepare yourself. We’re seeing the wisdom unfold for how to be part of it—how we can do this together for the glory of the Lord.
Bob Jones once came with the Pensacola Bay Baptist Association on New Year’s Eve to speak a blessing over the city and to make Jesus’ name famous. That’s the heart.
He spoke of a coming billion-soul harvest. It will take all of us—working together without competition, rooted in the truth, making disciples. Salvation happens in a moment, but discipleship is a process. Jesus said, “If you follow My teachings, you are truly My disciples; then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” Demons believe and tremble; we can’t be in rebellion against God and claim relationship with God. If God says, “This is the way; walk in it,” and we say no, we’re not following Him.
It’s like stepping in front of a bus. “I don’t believe it.” Bam. You stand before God and say, “You were right.” God loves you and has a plan. The restored lighthouse shines the Word so clearly that His people can see the way, walk in it, and lead a generation into freedom.
Closing Encouragement
The Lighthouse Prophecy is more than a word for Pensacola—it’s a word for the nation. What God births here will be shared with other cities, churches, and regions that are willing to embrace it.
When we were preparing to move our studios to Texas, everything seemed open for that transition. But then God spoke clearly: America has shifted, and He gave us two distinct prophetic confirmations that the Prayer Mountain and Fire Mountain were to be established here, in Pensacola.
Since that shift, we’ve watched this region begin to change. Industry, jobs, and economic growth have moved in. The same God who blesses a city spiritually can also bless it in practical, tangible ways.
A Glory Zone
This move of God will be like a glory zone—a place where His presence and power are active and tangible. But it’s not just about one place. Any city that aligns with these principles—covering leaders in prayer, restoring the light of God’s Word, walking in unity—can experience the same transformation.
God will get all the glory.
