“God put Donald Trump there, he didn’t put himself there” says Rick Joyner and shares a Prophetic Perspective of the Elections
There is nothing outside of God’s control. This also includes the very times and seasons when individuals are established in leadership; in the case of America, when a new President is elected. In a fresh response of the recent elections, Rick Joyner talks about what just took place. Rick Joyner has an impressive and significant track record of both character and accuracy regarding what has been revealed to him and what he has shared with others. He has a great team around him that understands how the country works.
When asked about his very own response to the election, Rick Joyner shares some profound wisdom for the Church. “It was a God thing and it was a miracle.” Simply put, it couldn’t have been said any better. Not only that, but he also highlights, “Even Trump knew that it was a miracle.” What many may not have known, as Joyner shares, is that Trump prayed with others asking for help to humble himself. Additionally, our work is not over. In fact, Joyner continues “our work begins right now”.
Looking at the future, post-election, Joyner continues, “I’d be shocked if we didn’t have an immediate recession.” As Joyner points out, there are too many things that need to be corrected, specifically speaking, the stock market. “The stock market is so disconnected from the real economy of the country.” It’s not all doom and gloom though as one may surmise. “We’re going to come out of it with more sustained and substantial growth than we’ve ever had.”
It’s vital for us, as the Church, to understand that we cannot get caught up in the man that was elected to office. God establishes leadership. The media was convinced that he would not be President. No man knows the plans of God. It is a beautiful moment when the leader of the United States asks and prays daily for help to humble himself, and we need to lift him up in our prayers as well. President Elect Trump’s Contract with the American People
As President Elect Trump counts down the days until he assumes the Presidency of the United States, he is beginning to compile his transition team that will help him get there. Additionally, he has also spelled out a contractwith the American people that he will carry out in the first 100 days that he is in office.
President Elect Trump is quite candid and open about what he plans to do in these upcoming 100 days. Straight out of the gate, his contract states “Six measures to clean up the corruption and special interest collusion in Washington, DC”. When we see how recent events have been handled inside the Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding state records and the usage of confidential files, we can obviously see that there is corruption in Washington. A generation of our active duty military and veterans can clearly testify to the Radical Islam that the current Administration refuses to acknowledge even exists. It’s beautiful to see that our law enforcement is once again being honored again as well.
President Elect Trump also highlights “seven actions to protect American workers”. One of the actions highlighted here is to “cancel billions in payments to U.N. climate change programs and use the money to fix America’s water and environmental infrastructure.” What is important to note about this issue is how global warming and climate change has been used as a tactic taught by “Rules for Radicals” to divide so many people. President Elect Trump is undoing the instrumental things that have been used to divide.
In his next points of action, the contract spells out “Five actions to restore security and the constitutional rule of law”. Our nation has presently been made vulnerable. Now, with a focus upon Constitutional law and an accurate interpretation and application of it, President Elect Trump plans to undo the very actions that were done under the leadership of the Obama Administration. Specifically, he spells this out in the first of the five actions: “cancel every unconstitutional executive action, memorandum and order issued by President Obama.” As clear and refreshing as these actions are we must remember that our work is not over but simply just beginning. “I believe that God has put Donald Trump in the office for the blessing of the People” says Anne Graham-Lotz
These are important days to remember the profound miracle of what has taken place at the polls and how God has intervened. When CBN News interviewed Anne Graham-Lotz, daughter of Billy Graham, she highlighted the truth of this very event. Before she highlights the events that have unfolded, she points out the days that America has undergone that have led up to its present realities.
“I believe our nation has been without God increasingly and we have deserted Him, um, not only in acknowledging Him, but trying to strip Him from every segment of our national life, institutions, to government, to schools, to businesses…” As she highlights, it is these very realities that have pointed to the uprising that we are witnessing today. But, many responded to this election understanding the pivotal event that it was. “Americans have spoken but I believe that God has moved. I see what happens in the election as a tremendous movement of God and an answer to prayer.”
In the mist of increasing division in America, Anne was asked how the Church should respond. “I think the most critical thing that God’s people can do, 1) is to pray, 2) is to repent of our sins, and 3) is to keep our focus on God.” She continues to share, “God is the One who will bring healing. It’s not a political party or one particular person. Our faith has to be in God, not in the President Elect.” As so many have prayed leading up the election, now is not the time to stop. “I believe that now is the time for God’s people to double down in our prayers for the President, that God would give him wisdom, and strength, and courage to do the right thing; he would be surrounded by counselors who look to God.” She continues to share that she is praying for President Elect Trump to turn to God.
