NorthEscambia.com reports: The State Attorney’s Office said Tuesday that it has complete its review of the FDLE’s investigative reports into the shooting death of James McGlothlin and the shooting of Roy Middleton. Both were shot in recent months by the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office.
The shootings will be presented to an Escambia County Grand Jury beginning the week of October 7.
