City of Dallas Gathers for Interfaith Memorial Service with Presidential Guests in Attendance

by

As the nation endures together through the myriad of emotions in response to the deadliest shooting of law enforcement officers since 9/11, families are seeking to understand how to traverse so many uncharted emotions, and so many questions are still left unanswered. At the helm of Dallas’ leadership, Mayor Mike Rawlings and Police Chief David Brown have faithfully been navigating their city through these arduous and difficult times. As they recognize the fallen officers, the city has convened for an Interfaith Memorial Service. Not only did the Mayor and the Police Chief attend, but also the President, The First Lady, The Vice President, and a former President.
