In a continuation of the conversation regarding law and morality, it is imperative to know how then to respond and what to do. How do we, as Christians live before God, in view of His mercies, to be empowered walking out a life that lines up with what God says? The Cross of Jesus Christ empowers us to do this. We need courage today. In the decisions that we make on a daily basis, do we live in order to please mankind, or do we live in order to please God? 

In an insightful interview with CBN, Bishop Harry Jackson reveals some of the transparent realities that are going to take place when we choose to stand up for what God said is right amidst an environment that may be walking in a contradictory direction. Sometimes, when someone makes a stand, there is going to be backlash. Bishop Jackson discusses three things that would cause some to fear standing up. In Genesis 18, the Bible reveals the conversation that Abraham had with God interceding for a city. In Genesis 18:32, Abraham asked the Lord: “May the Lord not be angry, but let me speak just once more. What if only ten can be found there?” He answered, “For the sake of ten, I will not destroy it.” God was looking for a righteous people that God, a critical mass. Continue reading description…
