Supreme Court Rule Okay to Pray in the Name of Jesus Publicly

According to CBN “The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that cities and towns across America can continue praying at public meetings.” This decision has implications for many Christians who are living through the country. They even discuss a city council member who was willing to take a stand and continue to pray before a meeting when a Federal judge ruled that prayer was not allowed. The council woman felt that her constitutional rights were being violated and stated publicly she was prepared to go to jail if she had to for praying publically in the Lord’s name. They encourage all elected representatives to seize the moment and to recognize why they were elected and to whom they must ultimately have to give an account to. It is also every elected official’s job to uphold and defend the constitution from enemies whether foreign or domestic.
