LISTEN NOW! In a CBN interview with Bishop T.D. Jakes, the conversation about the racial tensions in America and how the church is supposed to respond continues on. God has called us to be family. What the church is walking out is dysfunctional family. When we look at the imagery of the Throne of God described in the book of Revelation 7:9, “After this I looked, and there before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb.”
If the Bible describes EVERY nation, tribe, people, and language, then that is exactly what it means. We are called to love everyone, especially those who are not like us because that is who God calls us to love, everyone. If the church does not respond and chooses to ignore the realities of injustices that have taken place in the land, then people are going to have a conversation that the church is supposed to have. “Until we do, the people in the street are taking up the conversation. And I think that they are God’s judgment on a silent church.” We are called to love, every nation, and every individual within those nations. Hear the full interview, the critical hour we are in, the impacting power of love, and so much more. Greg and John shared in this segment. See original article HERE.
