These are exciting moments to be a part of as the Lord is releasing many prophetic words that will surely encourage you and lift your spirits. As Chuck Pierce was recently on Sid Roth’s It’s Supernatural, he shared what the Lord had been revealing to him. As the new year of 2018 begins, we can look just at the numbers of 2018, but there is also the Hebraic perspective when looking at the Hebrew year of 5778.

As Pierce explains, “we are coming into a place this year where it will be a now moment for us, a moment where you’ll hit a moment in your life, and all of a sudden a blessing overtakes you”. As he continues, “that comes because we have returned to God’s order. That’s what this year is about. 8’s are always linked to new beginning and first”.

Pierce continues to explain the Hebraic understanding of the year and what it means numerically. As he describes what each number of, 8, 70 and 10, means, he puts it all together as to what the year means: “The Lord is watching you come out of captivity, into the testimony for your future this year”. If you looked at this new year with optimism, you may be encouraged to know that the Lord has good plans in store. “This year we are coming out of captivity and we’re coming into a new prototype to move forward into the Kingdom of God plan that He has for this year”.

If you feel as if you’ve been walking throughout your daily routine and schedule, moving through sludge, it is the contention with the atmosphere. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms”.
