The continual narrative feeding into the thoughts against Israel and the Jewish people are not only increasing, but it is now causing those who are against Israel to attack Jews with meat cleavers and knives. CBN is reporting how an uprising is taking place in Israel. “Palestinian social media is accusing Israeli police of executing the attackers.”

The Jewish people have to defend themselves from these terrorist attacks, but, they are also fighting against a war of misinformation. “It is always to invent an atrocity story. You send someone out to kill a Jew. He kills a Jew; or three; or five Jews and then he gets killed. And then you claim that he was murdered by Israeli police.” What is not being disclosed to the public eyes are the events that led up to these individuals being shot. Where is the outcry? We cannot sit idly by while these atrocities are taking place against the Jewish people. We have to wake up! Is there not a Cause? It always begins with One: Maybe that ONE is YOU

With all of the many hardships and atrocities continually happening across the globe, some are raising concern, “someone has to do something!” Often times, individuals look to and expect someone else to stand up. Maybe that one to stand up is YOU! When someone does decide to act, to respond, and stand up, the first thing to be encountered is the wave of criticism and mocking from the very people who have yet to do anything. Ezekiel 22:30 expresses the very search that God is carrying out in times such as these, “I looked for someone among them who would build up the wall and stand before me in the gap on behalf of the land so I would not have to destroy it…” How are we to stand in times such as these?

David was just a man. In the moment of great opposition from the army of the Philistines and the giant, Goliath, the armies of Israel were hiding behind rocks. A threat, a giant, was coming against an entire nation. There are proposed “giants” coming against America; coming against The Church. Will America stand up? Will The Church stand up?

When one man, David, who knew the presence of God, because of his relationship with God, saw the reality of what was happening and the lack of any response for the armies of Israel, he responded. 1 Samuel 17:26 records how David responded, “Who is this uncircumcised Philistine that he should defy the armies of the living God?” We must remind ourselves that this battle cannot be fought in our strength. Who will stand up for the Church? Who will stand up for the Kingdom? Who will stand up for the cause of Christ? David ran to the problem pronouncing the victory of the Lord. These are not the days to coward in fear in the face of the enemies of the Lord. Let your hearts be emboldened, your strength in Christ stirred, and your courage to stand erupt as you hear what He desires to do today just like what took place in David’s life, and so much more.
